im finished with jp 90days routine and i notice my girth gained size but my length didnt...
for the past two weeks i doing few girth and length exercise but i notice it takes too long (2 hours sometime more). my routine is like this :

for girth : 1. uli 5 reps
2. horse squeezes + erect bend ( sometime i do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] but i dont feel any tense with it, maybe there some steps that i do it wrong hHydromaxmm...)
3. edging 4-7 times and then i just let it out ( i read dld thread about this and i kind of agree)

after i came i rest for 2-3 minutes and continue with length exercise

for length : 1. DLD blaster with hanging ( i dont do this exercise with A stretch cause i cant feel if im doing RK well or not and then i try with hanging exercise i can feel if im doing kegel and reverse kegel or not)
2. BTC 2 minutes each side
3. mandingo strectch for 3 minutes ( i like this exercise cause i can feel my inner pennis being pulled out)

i do this routine 2 days on and 1 day off... but i think it takes too long especially girth session cause i need to masturbate to get the right erect level. i feel sore on the next day thou but i think got overtrained with this routine ( last mont my fully erect length 6.4" and girth 5") yesterday i measure it and my length was like 5-5.6" and girth nothing change

im thinking doing 1 day on and 1 day off routine but with diff session so its like

day1 girth
day2 off
day3 length
day4 off
day5 girth
day6 off
day7 length
and so on..... i think i need 48 hours rest

i need you guys especially vets to help with routine ( right now im going target my length but i wont forget girth also)

and anyone can explain me about "expressive stretch" ?? i still confuse with that exercise althou i try what DLD explained and other thread about this but when i try it i cant feel any tense that feel im doing it right or wrong.... also im thinking to try "supra slammers" ( i guess its good exercise cause targetting both length and girth)
