Here are some pics from my recent Triple Augmentation surgery. I had surgery with Dr. Krakovsky in Orange County, Ca. I'll let you be the judges if it went successful or not!

I first went to Dr. Giunta for lengthening and a fat injection, but I ended up going to him 4 times in 1 year. My erect length went from 6 1/3 to 5.5," and this was a the year point! I also had lumps, bumps and clumps! It felt terrible!

So then I found Dr. Krakovsky, which he performed a reconstruction surgery on me. He removed all the scar tissue, did the lengthening again, inserted Dermal Grafts (taken from my butt creases), and did the glanular enhancement.

I am perfectly happy after the 2 months point, with my flaccid length staying around 4.5"-5 1/4!" The Dermal Grafts feel so natural and weighty! My erection look great but I still have to stretch out the Grafts. I already gained .25 erect length since I started 3 weeks ago. But I'm only 5 1/4 erect length. Since that always happens after surgery, and you have to stretch out the length. I'm using weights now so hopefully I can get over 6" and back to where I used to be by mid next year!

My girth is unreal! I'm 6.25 flaccid base going down to 5.25. I'm 6.8 erect base going down to 5.75 glans. Each time I had a fat injection (had 3) it absorbed in 2 months and left me lumpy. I wish I was smart enough to walk away after that first surgery. But after over 2 months, I'm larger in girth then at my 2 week post op point!

The glanular enhancement worked real well! When I'm erect I can really notice the difference in my coronal ridge! Plus it heals up so easily!

The butt crease scar is no big deal, and I'll post a picture of my 21 day post of of the scar line. It's well hidden under the creases. Also there was only mild discomfort from this surgery! I didn't any pain medication except for the occasional tylonal. For Dr. Giunta's surgery it was a different story. I was a walking zombie popping pills and feeling terrible! But Dr. Krakovsky's more invasive surgery was a breeze!!

The erection control wasn't a problem and I'm 24 and horny as hell! I was on 2 erection control medications, which helped so well! I never though about anything remotely sexual! They worked like magic!

New erect pic! I'm still the same regarding stats with erect girth! 6.8 base!!! I also gained .35 an inch since I started post op stretching a month ago. I'm 5.35 erect length non bone pressed which is close to my 5.5 erect length coming into surgery. But pre all surgeries I was 6 1/3 nbp. So my goal is to get back to my previous length or pass it!

Oh and I tried on a regular sized condom which only fit on my head barely, haha! The Magnum XL's are tight and won't go up to my base.

Here are some updated pics of me flaccid and with a light stretch. Girth wise I'm measuring at 7" at the base with the tape measure real tight. I used to 6.8". I think it all depends on how the blood is flowing.

I'm 6" erect length now and 6.5 flaccid stretch as well. I also have a new gf who absolutely loves the added size! She can take it a lot better then the first girl. The other one had to adjust a few times.

Actually, 'risk of infection', and 'complications' is no more than with any other cosmetic procedure. Infection during surgery (just like other procedures) is avoided by a sterile operating environment, and antibiotics transfused to the patient. Post surgery, if the patient follows the simple guidelines of keeping the surgery site clean, and using beta dine to clean the areas, no probs.

Sure, a guy still has to do physiotherapy which includes an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] device, and/or hanging weights post op for maximum length gains (which for whatever the reason some men choose not to do...and complain of "no gains"). Sorry I've just gotten lazy. I rarely stretch anymore (1-2 hours a week max) since I'm happy with my 6" erect length and 6.5" bp. Not everyone holds your same viewpoint. Besides, it's not like someone can just "go get surgery." It's a process that builds up. If someone is willing to risk surgery for potentially quicker gains, and they have the money, more power to them.

Like Still said many guys [myself incl] have spent years getting to where we are at now and at times you reach a plateau and have to take breaks and than resume again. In someways its similer to bodybuilding in that the body can get used to the trauma and growth so you do this and that to get it to do something again.
