Kausion, since i started i never really focussed on girth but length as i was more interested in length. I usually pump Mon-Fri but this week i started a new length routine from DLD and haven't had the time to pump. It's good to know that i didn't lose any girth even though i haven't been pumping.
This was my routine:
First 2 weeks:
Mon-Fri
Morning: DLD Newbie stretching
Evening: Pump for 10 minutes @ 5-6hg, 300 jelqs, Pump for 10 minutes @ 6-7hg
Sat-Sun
Morning: DLD Newbie stretching
Evening: 300 jelqs
Weeks 3 and on:
Mon-Fri
Morning: DLD Newbie stretching, 300 jelqs
Evening: Pump for 10 minutes @ 5-6hg, 300 jelqs, Pump for 10 minutes @ 6-7hg
Sat-Sun
Morning: DLD Newbie stretching

I want to make the time to continue pumping and also hanging in conjunction with the new length routine to hopefully force some length gains, but for now i want to give the new routine an honest effort. For some reason, girth comes fairly easy for me but length gains is at a standstill. Just gotta keep it up (no pun intended) and with all the help from the bro's on this borad, i'm sure i'll start getting longer soon enough.
