I have just started a new routine, actually it's probably my first as every time i've tried to start one i've stuck to it. I've been at this one for little over a week now but it feels great, i know its gonna get me some inches.

------------------------------------------------------------
Morning:
5 x 30sec stretches
30 DLD A Blasters, 5 sec intervals
5 x 30sec stretches

Evening:
5 x 30sec stretches ( 1 in each direction - up, down, left, right, straight out )
10 x 30sec Fulcrum A stretch -OR- 50 DLD A Blasters
5 x 30sec stretches ( 1 in each direction - up, down, left, right, straight out )

Kegels: 10-15 mins throughout the day

I'm not sure how useful the suspended A stretch is as yet, but i can really feel a good pull, and it starts to slightly hurt, at the base of my penis which has to be a sign of something. I haven't quite yet mastered the DLD Blaster, so i'm utilising this method in the meantime.
 
well I think it looks pretty good, You're not jelqing anything?

as long as you're doing something to your winky I guess it's going to grow. or something like that.

but keep on it and you'll definately see results

no jelqing routine, I like the sound of the erect stretches tho, from REDs post, definately a good theory. I will try and incorporate these into my routine...Penis Enlargement is so time consuming!
 
Finally I have my first gains, I measured last night with 7" fsbpl up .5" since the start of the month and Penis Enlargement! For me these are unbelievable gains, I've only been at this routine since the start of the month and the second week had been a total shamble, only one stretching session during then. This is a real motivator I HAVE to stick with it this time.

A little disgruntled this week also, I can't seem to be able to get my grip right when I'm stretching. I've somehow come to the conclusion I could be doing too much PC work before I start my workouts. I do all my kegels during the day, about 10-15 mins total. It just kinda feels like theres hardly any bloodflow afterwards, it's like there's nothing to grip or something. Still I'm not giving up
 
The extra gains has made myself very comfortable with using the A Blaster, so I will be using this as my main exercise.

I'm going to be including more manual stretching into my routines. Mainly upwards here goes:

I just finished my morning session, followed by 250 dry jelqs to get the blood flowing. A very good workout. I don't know how I'm gonna be able to spare a whole 40 minutes in the morning when I have to get up at 5:00am when I start work next week tho. :(
 
I measured last night, I have lost about 1/8 in just afew days of not stretching..I guess this just means I have to stop being such a slack c*nt and get off my ass and do my excersizes EVERYDAY! I wanna try n get another 1/2 by the end of the year. This'll make me about 7.5" BP & NBP ~6" I really need to lose weight, fat losing muscle building excersizes will also become part of my routine.
 
Had a decent workout last night. Tho lately I'm having alot of trouble with my grip. My frenulum has tear in it which is very painful when I can't get the grip right. I didn't have any trouble doing the upward stretches tho, and they felt awesome! I could really feel the burn down at the base. If my frenulum keaps playing up like this I will have to keep away from the Blasters.
 
Well I was wrong about not being able to do my morning sessions anymore because of work. The job which I had been promised does not exist, as the person who assured me of a job no longer works there and is not expected to be returning... Oh well at least I'll have more time to stretch.
 
More bad luck... I've been forced to take a few days off from Penis Enlargement. Lately I've been getting a bit of blood coming from my urethra during intense stretches and jelqing. I'll start back on monday and see how it's healed.

Ooh that is bad luck, i seem to remember reading another post like this, the guy had been doing some real intense stretching workouts and felt this caused the problem, so take care and maybe ease up just a tad, better to gain slow but sure than not gain at all.

Actually it was probably one of my posts you read....

I'm still resting from my exercises. Last night I did just a couple of jelqs however and it seems I'm not completely healed because there was just a slight amount of blood that appeared.

Also I'm a little discouraged today, my flaccid size looks pathetic particularly my girth..it actually looks like I'm getting smaller
 
Well the wait is almost over I'm getting back into my routine tomorrow, if I am healed of course. I'm gonna change my routine by incorporating more upward stretches, they are easier for me to grip my penis and the pull is very extreme. I use a two handed method which works extremely well. I basicly want to mainly stretch the tunica as I want my dick to point higher not lower.
 
Just thought I'd post my official stats for the month of November.

BPFSL = 6.75 (+0.25)
EG = 5.25 (no gain)

My stretched length did increase this month, as well as it did decrease. Up 0.5" after a week and a half, then finally only 0.25 at the end of the month. This IMO is due to the fact I had to take time off to heal from my injury, and that 0.5" gain was not cemented. Who knows if I hadn't have had the injury I might've gotten upto 0.75" more? I'm still happy tho, I've made my first real gain.

Totally bummed right now..
I just did a couple of quick pulls, the first in over a week since I've found my injury, and there was more blood than ever! What is going on? I just did a couple of quick pulls and every time blood was coming out. Another thing i noticed is that my glans also feels much softer flaccid.
 
Oh Maz that don't sound good mate does it, maybe you should consider the docs mate, might be a tad embarrassing but i think i would.
 
Tell him it was a particularly heavy sex session, or that you were masturbating, or that you had an extremely hard stiffy from looking over your neighbours fence too much.. whatever :)

I'd advise taking a full week off. That's what I did when I had that problem, and it hasn't come back since.
 
Well I haven't been to the doctors. My dick is healed now thank god. I've just adopted a new rule as to stretch while having much blood in the glans. I do this by gripping the penis as you would normally for manual stretches, then by gently squeezing the glans to expel most of the blood out of there. I do need some blood in there however to be able to grip onto something, but so far so good. No more blood :)
 
Since I've had to take time off my routine is now almost non existent. Save for a few stretches here and there. Although for the past few days I've done some clamped bends, they feel awesome. I'm going to be back next week with a new routine, with the clamped bends being my main focus of the workouts.
 
Finally got back into my routine last night. I did 3 sets of 15 minute clamped bends. Went good, except afterwards I had quite alot of fluid buildup under the skin on most of the shaft. Another thing even though I am clamped I don't remain totally engorged for more than 45 seconds while doing the actual bending exercise. This is a little discouraging, but with the clamp I find it much easier to obtain an erection. However it still makes my routine 2 or 3 times as long as it needs to be.
 
Just been doing erect bends the last few days. Don't know whether they're making me gain, but they sure as hell work the dick. My dick was sore all day yesterday after doing some intense bends.. unclamped mind you, which IMO would create some length gains where as the consctricted bends would be working girth.. not sure about this, but either way they are a great workout. I will be getting back into stretching full time very soon, just being a bit lazy lately.
 
Been fucking around for the last few weeks, hardly doing much Penis Enlargement at all.

I will however start a new routine Sunday seeing as these short, infrequent stretches and jelqs aren't doing anything for me.
 
In the last three months I've had no Penis Enlargement routines.. I've been extremely slack and I kinda needed the time off, coz I just wasn't able to concentrate fully on my Penis Enlargement coz of all the other shit taken up too much time in my life. Nothing much has changed with that but I know I need to start and do these exercises if I ever want a bigger bulge.

So.. bring it on!!
