exactly,most people think that plastic/body modification surgeries are nothing,the problem is, there are just the same amount of risks as any other surgery. surgery always has risk,regardless of it.

I agree. Suspensory ligament cutting is awful but this procedure is minimally invasive, that's the reason I was interested. It's a dermal filler but applied under the penis skin instead of face.

suspensory ligament cutting has another down side,you lose the erection angle :) basically,your dick would be pointing halfway-all the way down to the floor and thats not good. the dermal filler maybe,just maybe,a bit better,but still. plus it wouldn't like natural,whenever you're with someone,they could tell you had something done instead of being big naturally by means of PE
