should hanging be done alone as replacement to manual stretches? or could they be compounded together? I wanna switch to hanging to replace manual stretches because hanging sounds so much cooler lol

In fact rather than hanging more than 45 pounds I would rather take a deconditioning break and then start over again. You don't want to train yourself to get used to the tension or stress you want to trick the penis similar to muscle confusion when working out at the gym. Swinging the weights hanging SD or BTC is very beneficial but a palpation test may be needed to predict your probability for gains. Today's weight-loss food:

Popcorn : Not too high in calories and can be eaten over night after waking from sleep if necessary. Not to harsh in hormone to fat conversion.
 
I lost 40 pounds on a Beef Jerky diet. Lots of water and 3 bags of Beef Jerky a day. Not the healthiest way but it worked :)
 
Just alternate Popcorn and Beef jerky so you dont get tired of them :P In all seriosness Raw almonds are good for you an a good snack if you need something to hold you off or what not

I'd perhaps be careful with popcorns as it is from corn; very manipulated a lot of times. I do enjoy popcorn from time to time though; many things in life are about moderation.

Varying your diet and calorie intake is much better (in my opinion!) than just sticking to something for the rest of your days.
Variety is the keypoint of in this short life we have, I think!
Exercising, eating, loving ... Don't just run a straight line; remember to take the odd paths from time to time.

I can agree to that, realistically the only true diet that works is one that changes your lifestyle so unless you can keep eating for example reduced portions or particular types of food the diet wont work, variety and will power is essential for this to ever work. I know i struggle with the will power to avoid bad foods lol
 
For me the beef jerky was key, it was all protein and no fat. The biggest issue was sodium but I countered that with a lot of water. I did have a vegetable smoothy everyday for veggies. I would also have fruit and some calcium. But mainly Beef Jerky and I never got sick of it. I may go back on that diet for another month as I still have a stubborn 5-10 pounds to go. I have progress pictures which are quite impressive, I will post when I hot my goal.
 
Yup calories need to be in a deficit in order to lose weight. For me, to keep my weight steady, I needed to take in 2800 calories. To lose about 1 to 2 pounds per week, calories should be reduced by 500—1000 a day. It can be mind boggling but when you start to keep a list of everything you eat and drink in a day you may find a very big issue. Every coffee, every soda, every snack, every meal, it all needs to be accounted for and from there you will need to determine how many calories you need to maintain your weight, then simply deduct 500-1000 calories from that. You can also do aerobic exercise to burn off the calories while keeping your calories at the same place.

Most likely because Smokers toothpaste is so much less expensive than 3P Gel and it does an incredible job.
