My Starting girth was 6" from mid to base.

Tie your rope to a door knob, connect a pulley at a fixed point behind you, strap into your hanger, attach the clip between your legs, now you can use your body to apply weight.

I usually push my bed close to a wall lay down and press my feet against the wall for this angle.

Just checked the site I dont see it and the site looks remodeled you might have to call to see if you might be able to order it.

Thanks I've bought from ergo to but now they have merged with someone and don't stock it anymore,I never gained from hanging I'm interested in your set up.

IDK if you have an actual prescription for Verapamil but the link you posted says its a training vial for med and nursing students. As in its just sterile water.

Actually it says distilled water. If thats the case I really wouldn't be injecting that.
