I train about 4 to 5 times a week with 1 hour sessions. This includes stretching and jelqing. I do Kegels the same, doing 5 sets of squeezing the PC in 2 1/2 minutes per set. Always adding 20 seconds every two weeks or so. Also ballooning and clamping when possible. I'm gaining about an 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch per month in length. My girth hasn't changed much but thats ok, I mainly want length.
 
Up to 7 7/8 on BPenis EnlargementL AND 8 1/2 on BPFL. My goal is to reach 8" (BPenis EnlargementL) by 10/31. Still doing manual stretches and jelging for about an hour 4 times a week, plus piss pulls. All I need is an 1/8 of an inch in two weeks.....hopefully I can pull it off....LOL. As I promised I will post pics of my new 8 incher!
 
Are you Avid Merrion from Bo Selecta (if you are not from the UK you wont know who the fuck that is) and if the camera was to pan up would we see a neck brace.
 
I have reached one of my short term goals.....8" BPenis EnlargementL! Hell yea!!!! I have changed my routine abit. I am doing more stretches and less jelging plus since Ive added the piss pulls my length seems to be coming faster. My long term goal is 10", my next short term goal is to be 8 1/2" BPenis EnlargementL by the end of the year! As I promised I will post sum pics of my new 8 incher in a few days.
