Hello folks !

I've only recently begun to read about Penis Enlargement and been lurking around. Now I decided that it was enough and I should start my own journey on this path.

What can I say about myself ? First of all, please excuse all the spelling errors, if any, my English is not my native language. Putting that aside, I have done some work before, but only concerning keggels (been doing them for a couple of years with different intensity periods) and towel exercises for my erection (on and off).

I've just finished taking my measurements and they are as follows:
1) Flaccid
- length: 11.5 cm (4.52 in)
- girth: 10.5 cm (4.13 in)
- bone pressed stretched: 14.5 cm (5.70 in)
2) Erect
- bone pressed: 17.5 cm (6.88 in)
- girth: 12 cm (4.72 in)
- non bone pressed: 16 cm (6.29 in)

My short-term goal would be to gain 1 cm on my NBPenis EnlargementL and 0.5 cm on my EG.
In the future, I want to have a 20 cm NPBEL and a 14 cm EG.
Additionally to the above, I also want to work on having a stronger erection and with time, to be able to have multiple orgasms with a partner. The good news is that I CAN have 1-2 wet orgasms now and then, but I just haven't figured out the perfect timing to use my PC muscle...yet.
We'll see how things will work out.

Ok, the Penis Enlargement session is over and I have the following to add:

I am uncut and I have a bit of a difficulty to successfully grip the penis to stretch it. Gripping just bellow the head is ok, just that my skin will begin to slide after 10-15 seconds of stretching. Will try to use a piece of soft cloth tomorrow to see if it helps.

Starting tomorrow, I will divide the session in two parts: in the morning I will do the PC muscle workout and jelqing and in the evening the stretching and testicle massage.

I think I will look for baby powder regarding the stretching part, the cloth didn't help
much.

I want to add that I am running five consecutive days a week in the morning, and in the shower I add a couple of stretches, not something full-bore, just that I will get used to the movement and the gripping bit. I don't know if this part will stick in the future, what do you guys think ? I guess it's okay at least until I get the basics down.

So, here's how my typical day's workout will look like from now:
Morning routine:
1) Jelqing with some quality adult entertainment, trying to pay attention at the movement itself, testing with a PC squeeze now and then to see if more blood needs to be pumped; as for the number, I reckon around 100-150 jelqs, though I will try to jelq for 5 minutes and increase the duration bit by bit from now on; before the jelqing I do some towel rises, will keep track of them from now on
2) PC muscle session: 100 quick squeezes followed by 50 5-second ones and finishing with 1x 2 min
3) After the running part, in the shower, a couple of stretches in all directions, focusing on the form of the stretch and the grip

Evening routine:
1) Stretching in the shower (with warm-up, of course): 2 sets of the basic stretches, here I try to add a reverse keggel now and then
2) Testicle massage just before I go to bed

I'm here again with a short update. Having purchased the baby powder, I can say that it helps very much with my grip issue.

- girth: 10.5 cm (4.13 in) (minor gains I couldn't gauge)
- bone pressed stretched: 16.0 cm (6.29 in) [+ 0.59 in]
2) Erect
- bone pressed: 18 cm (7.08 in) [+ 0.2 in]
- girth: 12.25 cm (4.82 in) [+ 0.1 in]
- non bone pressed: 16 cm (6.29 in) (+ minor gains I couldn't gauge)

Being honest, I didn't actually expect to see these gains happen so soon. When I first took them, I thought that I might have measured wrong before but then I remembered that I took them several times to make sure.

The reason I decided to measure so soon was because my unit felt different and bigger. Now that I've put that aside and things have started to move, the next measurement date will be on 15 January 2010, there's no need to rush on things.
 
I've stopped my stretching routine since yesterday because some cuts have appeared near the glans. I don't think this has anything to do with Penis Enlargement, as I've also seen this before I began. Also, there is some flaking of the skin around the glans (not limited to the cuts themselves), when I try to pull back the skin over the glans, that area is tight and smaller than the rest. This makes me to believe that I may have used too much force when masturbating or not enough lubrication (I usually see this a day after).

If I try to remove the skin flakes, the cuts don't aggravate, but sometimes the next time I masturbate I will see those areas swell up and be sensitive. I guess I'd better let them be and wait for the natural healing process to take place. What do you guys think about this ?
 
I think its always better to be safe than sorry with your member, as you can't replace it. Penis Enlargement is something you can come back to at any time, and yes - we all want a huge cock yesterday, but safety is paramount.

If your unsure, I'd rest up, try masturbating with lube, and see if that resolves your problem.
 
Hey everyone. Today I've started again (jelqs, PC muscle, towel raises and testicle massage), except I am going to build up slowly from now on. The cuts are still there, but there is no more skin flaking so I intend to wait a bit longer before stretching. Lots of lube and maybe I will buy a cream to use after, still looking for brands.

Starting tomorrow, I will measure each Sunday my bone pressed flaccid stretched length as to have an indicator of how things are going.
 
I like the fact you are running in the morning. I use to be a toothpick and quit all cardio to lift and "save calories" and I did over the last few year. Just started powerwalking after my lifting sessions and my penis is showing a difference from it.

Have you always been running or you just getting into it?
 
Can't say I've always been running, frankly I don't particularly like this (I'd better train with weights instead), but since I want to join an academy here, I have no choice :)) To sum it up, I've ran two years on and off (starting in the winter, ending in the summer).
 
Would you mind going to a local gym? You can use treadmills or bikes instead. I cant run outdoors cause I have REALLY flat feet and I get shin splints that make it hard to even stand up sometimes so I have giving up on running but I still ride the bike or walk on a treadmill at the gym.
 
I wouldn't mind, but I've gotten used to running outdoors and I think it's better that way. Plus, at the exams, I wouldn't be running on a treadmil. All in all, best of luck to both of us :)

It seems that my length gains have gone away because of the period when I had to stop the length routine (I think). Well, no biggie, they'll come again, with a vengange.
At least the girth seems to go ok...

Hello again, fellow [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] members!

After a (sort of) long, but necessary break, I'm back. With lessons learned and new goals.

Notes to myself:
- no more than 600 jelqs per day
- two jelqing sessions per day, keeping in mind the above
- rips in the skin probably caused from jelqing too much / too intense / without sufficient lubrication => couple of days off to heal

I want to focus on girth for now, so I'll be stopping the stats for length. Hopefully they will be a bit bigger when I get back to them :)

As for girth, just jelqing at the moment. I've already done 250 jelqs to start off. One session per day until I get used to it.

I've also been doing steady keggels. Each time I go to the bathroom I do 100-125 quick keggels (I go about 4-5 times per day). Left the towel rises and gone recently with an improvised "device": a small beaded chain that goes through a small data cable box. I stuff the box until it reaches a certain weight and do reps with it, 3-4 sets plus some 5-second holds. When I can do 10-12+ reps in two sessions, I increase the weight in small increments. One session per day with some off days here and there.

The measurements are as follows:
- flaccid girth: 10 cm (3.93 in)
- erect girth: 12 cm (4.72 in)
- box weight :)) (got to put it somewhere): 100 g => will go with 125 g as I've done 14 reps for two consecutive sessions

Next objective(s):
- experiment jelqing with both hands and with one hand while the other is clamping the base to see which one is more comfortable and more suited
- find a way to vary the speed, intensity and number of jelqs in each session
- get 0.5 cm (0.19 in) back
- maybe find a better replacement for the box thingie, at least for the beaded chain, though it's not uncomfortable
