Would be easier to make a device that used a vacuum bell w/ a thigh strap (+automated tightener in the middle).
The automated tightener would tighten in the middle of the strap/cord.
Imagine 2 ropes of 6" and a circular device in the middle that's connecting the ropes and also attached to a drill.
Drill counter-clockwise and you get a tighter pull.

Last time I got a mold made for my industry for a plastic product ( PPCP NAME OF THE PLASTIC ). Dimensions of the product length 8 inches , outside diameter 48 mm , inside diameter 42 mm.

Any good product that is created online, if successful, will fall prey to the Chinese knock offs. There is very little you can do to avoid this as a producer but what you can do is educate people to the fact that if something that usually sells for $100 and now is available for $5 there is something very wrong.
