clever idea. that would suck when you put it on and 30 mins later had to take a piss. not an easy to put on and take off. wont be concealable. how will the water retain its heat.

We thought about this a while ago using hot leech oil with a pump and a circulating heater to keep the oil reheating and repumping through the pump like a dialysis machine. It was a big mess and to do it right, people don't won't to spend that type of money on oil supplies and heating elements and electric pumps. Then we thought of a better idea that may come out in the near future.
 
im still optimistic in how i could make this work by not adding much to the price cuz i feel you no1 will want to pay much , but side not has anyone just chilled in a jacuzzi /bathtub with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on ?

This is a job for a Far Infra Red device ... just get yourself into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and then wrap the FIR Pad around the whole thing..

Variable temp, shuts itself off with a timer, penetrates upto two inches deep into the body, has anti-inflammatory properties for speeding up healing ...

You could simply wrap a heating pad around your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] while it is in use, this would not be so messy and would accomplish the same thing.

I got an ideea to make a portable heating pad powered up by a 9V battery to wear it ouside during the winter, it's very doable and extremly cheap but I did not had the time so far to get into it.

Quick question how will you keeep the water from cooling down and transform into an mini-iceberg into your pants when you're walking out during an east-european freezing winter?

I have always wanted to make a heating pad just for the penis but never got around to it. Can use a outlet/external battery/car charger.

Would be nice to know how quicker this is to hit 104 deg F than a heating pad is.

I'm down with infrared. Never used it though; is there a chance of burns either on its own or in combo with PE creams/oils
