for me personally, masturbation is my worst enemy when it comes to p.e. if i masturbate during or before length, i then cba to do the routine. if i masturbate before or during girth work, i dont get much expansion and generally just leads to a bad workout. i can masturbate in the morning and do a girth session in the evening with no eq problems, however if i leave it at least a day after masturbating, i feel much better when doing my girth work and feel like i push the limits a bit more. i also personally think it isnt healthy both mentally and physically to masturbate twice a day, even once a day. i prefer to limit myself to 5 times max a week, with ideal being 1-2 times. this is just me though and will vary from person to person, but i like using my sex drive to fuel workouts
