Other than manual stretches, jelqs, using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and hanging, what other exercises could I do that would specifically target flaccid gains? Because I currently do all of the above along with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] when I leave the house. Like Pendulum, I'm trying to get my penis trained to hang in a semi erect state or just increase the size so that it is the size of my semi when completely flaccid.
