I have gone through phases in PE where I have played around with different techniques, but I have not consistently pumped and then clamped. I have tried it and did not like doing both. When I did both, I got too much bloat/fluid retention. I do still believe clamping is better overall than pumping. I also believe jelqing is one of the worst overall PE exercises due to things like it being very inefficient when you evaluate the time invested vs the return...the potential for thrombosed veins, etc. To each their own though. Forgive me for being an idol who occasionally misreads posts.

By the way, I'm typically very fair in my posts and replies. I originally felt like BigBeard was making a generalized "bro science" reply. He gave no details, did not include important information like the fact his reply was based on a first hand witnessed experience with his cousin, or the dose taken. I only report posts that I feel are bad information, misleading, or spam. I don't simply report something I don't "like", or because I might have butted heads with the forum member.

Ok so now you come back with details you should have mentioned the first time around. Yes, of course, the potential for abuse is there. Glad your brother (er, cousin...my imperfect brain saw where you said "brother" first and overlooked cousin) didn't suffer permanent health issues from his extreme overdose. I always advise men (as can be seen in my forum posts) to start with the lowest dose.

Im sorry I didnt give more detail in first place, I shoud have, I only mentioned "ovedo" - dosages like 25,50 even 100 I dont consider as overdoing it.
Its best to take smallest possible dosage.

To give even more details to the story, before the date he took 2 pills (50mg each) but at the date he didnt feel like it was doing anything (they were having dinner, wernt doing anything sexual).
When they got to his appartment he still "didnt feel anything" so first thing he did he went to bathroom and took another 3 pills (again, 50mg each) , thats final dosage of 250mg.
They had sex, dick still hard, it was getting painful he told me and called me to take him to emergency room.

But this goes with anything, dont overdo stuff, dont abuse it.

Don't think it does, in some ways it can improve it, remember some of us aren't getting any younger lol

PE only strengthens your erection quality. The only way you would suffer a change in erection quality would be if you’re getting bigger but you’re not doing pelvic floor exercises. You need to do pelvic floor exercises alongside of making growth or you’ll have very weak EQ as you get bigger. The bigger you are the more blood your penis demands to remain 100%, Kegels Will allow this to happen
