Has anyone done a kagel routine while using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]? Is it a bad idea? I don't know f I have ever heard about this.
 
I used to do it during the last hour of extending each day, I think I asked the same question. Don't know if it helped, but it sure didn't seem to hurt.
 
I don't know too much about it, but kegels just cram blood into the chambers I think, I don't know that they strengthen or have any effect on ligs. And I sure don't want weak ligs, just stretched ligs. Anyway-hopefully someone knowledgeable will chime in.

Bit late, but I think he means that it's similar to the function of a DLD blaster, as in there is tension being applied to the penis from the clench to the release of the kegel, by way of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

DLD Blasters is a specific exercise but the theory can be used in any stretching exercise. The portion I am referencing is the Kegel/Reverse Kegel part. Many men use this in hanging, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words], [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] and every hand stretching position.
 
^You have to reverse kegel while doing the actual exercise that's how you get the benefit.

Exactly. You will use the Reverse Kegel to un-flex all pelvic floor muscles allowing for the penis to take up most of the stretch, not the muscles.
