I do kegels while I work and while I drive.

This pyramid routine is nice! I have gotten bored with my normal routine, it's a good change up. All brothers should get kegeling.

Here's a kegel routine I read about years ago that I like.
Gradually Contract your pelvic floor under control for 5 seconds, then hold at full contraction for 5 seconds, then release the contraction gradually for 5 seconds.
That is One Rep. The gradual contraction and relaxation is great for learning control of the pelvic floor.
I like to do 5 reps (since everything else is in fives, why not?), rest, then do another set of 5 reps for as long as I feel like going.

I can't be bored with my routine, every time I finish it about one hour after, I face uncontrolled erections and that's my mission every time :)
 
I just tried this concept this way.

100 hard 5 second kegals
200 hard 1 second kegals
200 quick kegals
200 hard 1 second kegals
100 hard 5 second kegals

Totally exhausting. I do it this way because it makes the 200 quick kegals more difficult and everything after that is actually tough. I think I will be sticking with it. Seems to get the job done very well.
 
Not sure if this has already been thought up and posted just delete the thread if so but I randomly did this for fun yesterday and will continue to do it, this will be a very familiar workout for the first half.

100 quick kegels = base of pyramid
50 5-second kegel holds
1 1-minute kegel hold
1 1-minute reverse kegel hold = peak of pyramid
1 1-minute kegel hold
50 5-second kegel holds
100 quick kegels = base of pyramid

I'm sure if you didn't understand the name of the thread you probably have figured it out now.

This is not a solid routine. You are going to need more than this to make good gains in PE. Get yourself a length master for length and the mityvac penis pump for girth.
