I do kegels while I work and while I drive.
This pyramid routine is nice! I have gotten bored with my normal routine, it's a good change up. All brothers should get kegeling.
Here's a kegel routine I read about years ago that I like.
Gradually Contract your pelvic floor under control for 5 seconds, then hold at full contraction for 5 seconds, then release the contraction gradually for 5 seconds.
That is One Rep. The gradual contraction and relaxation is great for learning control of the pelvic floor.
I like to do 5 reps (since everything else is in fives, why not?), rest, then do another set of 5 reps for as long as I feel like going.
