Hey all, I figure to stay on my good habit of Penis Enlargement I should create and log a journal so I can become more committed. Some background on my workout...I Penis Enlargement work out every other day so that my penis can recover. I'm in week two, no threatening injuries so far, just a lot of dry skin on my shaft, maybe even a rub burn here and there fresh after a workout. My workouts consist of a warm up shower, 500 erection jelqs with the aid of adult entertainment to keep the erection up (30 mins train sesh usually), and then 100 kegel squeezes (just bare dry hands, no lotion). As for intensity I feel I have some hard reps when I jelq. My dick is a nice purple/red color after a workout with new blood spots scattered around. I feel a slight pain because I sqeeze maybe a tad too hard, but I want those gains so I don't mind the small pain.

Early concerns.. The end of 2012 november I was on a 3 week workout streak until I noticed blood came out of my penis through the urethra on a jelq, which I immediately stopped for a full month to recover. Other worries are many, many frequent blood spots on my head and shaft but I believe DLD told me once that was okay and they will heal. I just have that concern over my urethra event, but hopefully it won't repeat itself.

As for the reason I'm even doing Penis Enlargement, its for a mixture of things.. I'm in a coordinating personal development chapter in life, so by the time summer comes around, my finances, health, physical shape, penis size, education, relationships, career, social life, inner goals, and self esteem will have all reached a new higher level, and in a sense, ill be a more improved me. I think that last sentence is a good reason to keep me in this workout program for many months.
I'm not really here to get a big dick so I can bang 100s of clueless women, that idea doesn't put a smile on my face..and I'm also not here so that one day I can be an arrogant bragger to all the men who are smaller than me..I'd rather my improved size be a hidden treasure for women..
I see a large dick with crafted sexual knowledge as one of the best ways there is to maintaining a happy marriage through life's speed bumps and turns. Plus if any guy tries to hit on my hot wife ill never worry..little do they know I have a bigger dick than them. Any opinions on my statements are welcomed, I do enjoy a little philosophy if you have any to add/share :]

Future plans for workouts: bump from 500 jelqs to 750, then 1000. Possibly bump #s at the end of every month. I would stretch, but length isn't a top priority concern to me right now. I'd rather just get my girth up first, and then work out on my length. So jelqs will be my bread and butter for Penis Enlargement.

Heres to the start of week 3.. and strangely I'm quite surprised and more of a believer of this Penis Enlargement system working well.

I measured my girth before my workout today and strangely it was just under 5".. I don't think I've heard of gains so fast in 2 full weeks of training, so I don't want to think much of it.. but the numbers are there and I have no problem with that

as for how hard I train on these jelqs, I really try to push it to the limit. I remember last friday night the blood spot count was well into the 40-50s maybe even 60s. Hell.. There were blood spots on the inside of my urethra... I was worried my dick looked like it had STDs.. (which I dont).. but now that things have healed up, it only makes logical sense that this Penis Enlargement is working. I will happily continue this pace til the end of the month and post results again

so I was consistent for the first three weeks of Jan, then the last week I only did one day of Penis Enlargement instead of 3 or 4. I just started my work out routine again this month but strangely I found myself doing less reps, around 300 instead of 500. What has me curious is, that even though I did less reps, the intensity was higher and the blood spots certainly show it. I guess hand strength was an improvement I did not think to notice, but my jelqs are getting stronger. So right now I'm experimenting with 100% intensity on a full erection as I jelq, and then I stop until exhaustion or til I get a cramp in my hand. I reached 300 before I had to quit today. I'm also wondering if I can get more intensity out of sets of 10 reps up to 300-500 instead of doing sets of 25 reps. I think the added rest time would last my [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] much farther.

Girth measurement is still 5". So for one month of Penis Enlargement, .5" increase in girth, maybe .15-.20" increase in length. So far not bad considering Im giving myself 6 months of consistent Penis Enlargement workouts.

Yes, it is always smart to take time and really understand and learn the movements before going with too much intensity. The overzealous sometimes not only miss the basic but end up with injury. Take you time and soak it all in, there is much top learn!
 
well its the end of the month, and compared to last month I had fewer Penis Enlargement sessions but the intensity was increased for those few session I did. Part of the reason why I did fewer session was to have more recovery time. There have been a few interesting details (not injuries) after my workouts which made me concerned enough to pause. This included larger blood spots that were black, puffiness in certain areas of the foreskin under the head, and dry flaky skin.

The results are: I finally broke the 5" girth barrier ha. I'm not quite 5.25" but Im somewhere in between on the positive side which is completely new territory for me.

My faith is renewed and my goals for summer are now back on the top of the priority list. I'm considering the DLD newb routine for stretching this next month, I think that would be a good step in the right direction at this point in time.

If you are going stretching alone it will be a good test to see if the girth gains are permanent plus a great way to concentrate all efforts on Length.
 
Things haven't been so progressive lately. Lack of motivation side tracked me for about a month and I lost my gains. I'm looking to stop this habit and move it back in the other direction to where I'm focused on gaining and working hard again.

Next week I start my new life towards a 50-hour work week, plus another part time job on the weekend. My question to ask is: How do you guys stay motivated? Where do you find the energy at the end of the day to go through an hour of Penis Enlargement?
