I do it, for me it seems it is the only way to get a good session going. I dont have the best control over EQ so I can't say or gauge what is 30, 50, 75% of erection. I have asked about this and it seems that doing so aides in girth not so much length. So guess it depends on your goals. For me if PE not done erect I just feel like im getting a good stretch session going.
So keep at it and the best thing to remember is that you must listen to your body. If you are new, then experiment with what works for you and what doesnt. There are several opinions out there and like many things, some work for some, and others wont.
