I myself thinks jelqing are overrated compared to other exercises during my Penis Enlargement sessions.

Since I do my normal stretching and clamping I cant see the use of jelqing. Maybe Im doing it wrong or maybe it isnt as great as other exercises?
I bet I wouldent gain as much with jelqing only as with clamping only for one example. The only thing I think is great with the jelqing is the edging you can have while doing it.

What do you guys think about jelqing? Is it better than other exercises? How much have "only" jelqing done for you? Is it jelqing that is making you gain or is it the other exercises?

Jelqing is the backbone of most girth work, with allot of new methods based on how jelqing works anyhow just more intense.

I dont think its the most powerful method but its easy to do and WORKS 100% and was what I started with in 2001. Plus check this thread guy in the UK on this t.v docu went from 7.5 to 8 inches erect length in 2 weeks from doing 100 jelqs a day for his first week and 200 jelqs a day for his second week.

You do have to get the technique right aswell and can vary with speed i.e. slow and fast reps with hard and medium even light grip.

Good foundation to a routine and can still make an impact in anyone's as I see it as a good circulation booster after a hard session.
 
As Red said, most girth work is derived from the basic jelq. The more advanced exercise is available when jelqing becomes "not enough"

I started Penis Enlargement before about 2 years and in the begining it was great,but i wasnt doing everyday and it has passes some time so i was re-started again and few times like that and before 3 months i re-started again but something wasnt good.

my flacid shape and semi-erect is a litle bit heavyer tissues(most probably caused from preforce stretches,or i was something doin wrong OR maybe its thrombosis of vein cuz i got vein from begining penis till under glans)

so is this nothing or something bad cuz before staring Penis Enlargement everything was great(i had that vein but my flacid shape was 100%relaxed and when i was jelqing my semi ercet was great for jelqinig

and what to do??i was thinking some hot warm ups everyday 10-15 min and KEAGLES,what do u think

im not doing for 3 months but i want this shit go away cuz i have so ultra mega will to start again

DLD,pls give some advice:
-may i do some excersies(stretches or some others)
but to not exarcebate situation
-when i can start again(i know when situation calm down but when?xD
-what to do to for my flacid shape,what to do to get more relaxed flacid shape and also semi-ercet cuz this is important for doing jelqing am i right(cuz in my semi ercet its more heavyer tissues than relaxed
-and is it maybe thrombosis of vein and if it is what to do

I've noticed this too from just two weeks of jelqing when I got started. A thicker and fuller flacid.

I've gained over .25inch in girth from jelqing only two months, so I dont think jelquing is overrated at all!

Most men will make the gains they desire using the basic jelq. It is tried and true, a perfect foundational exercise.
 
What grip do you guys recomend for jelqing, tight or soft grip? I tried soft and tight and they both seem to be working ok. What did you use DLD?
 
i like jelqing because its easy and at the same time pleasurable..there might be other girth exercises that give you more expansion..but i think any girth routine should have some jelqing in it..
 
Your foundation in girth work is the jelq. Learning and mastering the jelq will give you excellent base gains and help you in the transition to more intense girth work.
