From my research into hanging it seems that a good few guys only start gaining when they hit that 30 lb mark. From reading Dashmanding's hardcore hanging thread it seemed that that was the key for him. With the way I train and the gradual increase in weight that I follow it will be a few months before I hit that 30lb . I'm hoping this is when I really start packing on the length.
Ya, i think it's very much a personal understanding of what works, some people gain easily by doing manual stretches, even light jelqing. Me personally, as i've got to know my dick lol i realized i have an incredibly tough tunica, like steel, it takes a lot to cause grow, and the whole low weight, long sets thing doesn't work for me.
