Is it me? Or does it seems like skinny guys always have a respectable length. Now the big belly and the fat pad makes it hard to see and achieve maximum length. Now I know that I need to lose 60 lbs in order to be skinny enough to show my full erect 8incher (without looking like a crackhead). Now once I gained this 60lbs i no longer had the full erect 8incher. The Married life can do that sometimes LOL. Anyway. I would love to hear from Members about a quick way to lose 60lbs. Because i want to be the skinny guy with the nice size cock. Plus I hate when the belly gets in the way during sex. So let's help each other by stating products or methods or simply state your desired goal. Or tell us how big you got once you lost weight. Or how small you got once you gained weight. Hopefully we can inspire each other . Because the summer time is getting close. Thanks

Just start exercising and keep your diet in check. Don't eat fried foods and eat in a caloric minus (consume less than you burn). Do some steady state fasted cardio..... This is a topic too broad to be discussed like that. I am studying for a personal trainer and this is something that has to be broadly discussed. But put in a few words- start exercising 1-2 times a week (at the gym- don't hit the big weights all of a sudden- take it easy, this is the time where you condition your body to handle the hard training sessions that have yet to come), do some fasted steady state cardio, eat less than you burn, do non-isolation exercises that require a lot of muscle groups to be targeted- use free weights (avoid using a lot of machines). This is it for now. :) If there is something more specigfic you want to ask, let me know :)

Whats the best metabolism pills. And do they work.

they aren't magic pills....gotta eat clean and go to the gym. Lots of people make the mistake of trying to make a race out of how much weight they can lose. I know people who went from consuming 2000 calories a day, and cut it in half. Sure, they lost weight, but it's not sustainable. Aim to work out every other day, and to lose 2-3 pounds per week. You would be amazed how much better you will feel when you're not eating all those refined foods like flour and sugared items. I give myself one cheat day a week where I can drink beer and have some wings...

I have lost about 10 pounds in about a month....and I finally feel like I have a diet I can live with, not starve myself, and still eat good food. My final advice would be to eat lots of veggies and aim to drink a gallon of water per day. I keep lots of fresh lemons and limes on hand for my water, just so it's not so boring.

Great post tbone!

Dave, I would advise you not to use such pills. Just get your ass up and start stressing your body (do exercises, eat good food etc.). As the best Fitnessman in whole wide Bulgaria (and my teacher) once said- No stress, no progress. :)

T-Bone:Good post. ZamBo: You're right. I just need to get off my ass and get it done, because Iam not getting any younger. Who knows? Maybe soon enough once I get fit; you may see me modeling on a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] commercial. Lol. Thanks guys.

The magic pill syndrome is what caused the weight gain, taking the least effort easy way.
Proper diet, exercise, and sleep. Diet is 80% of weight control.
Priority will dictate your results....

I was not much of a planner, but if you plan out your week, it's easier to stick to rather than to just wing it. Go to the gym when you say you are. Plan your meals. I always have a meal ready to go in the fridge. When I grill, I grill enough for a week, this gets me good food for work, and when I'm busy and don't have time to cook. Mistakes I've made in the past is not planning, you get busy, all of sudden you need food, and you need it now. It's so easy to order a pizza, or run to mcdonalds, or whatever. set your goals, write them down. plan your week and hold yourself accountable.

Morphosis: you are right. Laziness has bought this on. I start this week. Because I need a bigger cock more than a bigger belly. T-Bone: Great idea about grilling enough for the week. I love the taste of grilled food and it is still tasty after you heat it up. Now I am thinking low-carb/fat and daily jog with maybe a daily supplement that will make me seem full and not hungry (idk). I just need to stop eating at night. ZamBo: LMAO

if your goal is to only lose weight, then it simply comes down to caloric deficit. the size of this deficit will affect how much weight you lose in a given time period.

you can create a deficit in daily calories through diet and/ or exercise.

So Jordey: What's Better? Counting carbs or calories. Now low carbs lets you eat fat. But I think calories are different. Plus i made need a bachelors degree in order to count all the calories while doing a low carb diet. So for the quickest effect should I focus on low carbs or low calories?

if you are counting calories, calories are calories. counting carbs is important because carbs are high calorie, and generally burn off quickly and don't keep you full. it will be very difficult to run a calorie deficit and consuming carbs. Also, remember that carbs that are not burned during the day are stored as fat. so by all means, eat your carbs, but do so by eating whole grains like oatmeal in the morning and before a workout, otherwise, it's just best to stay away from carbs.

One thing I do is fast for 12 hours. If a I eat a meal at 7pm, I don't eat or snack until 7am the following day.

counting carbs and counting calories achieve different things so neither is better. if you are still in a caloric surplus but 'counting your carbs' you will not lose weight.

im also not sure what you mean by calories are different - do you mean between the macros? if so, both protein and CHO have 4kcals per gram, and fats have 9kcals per gram.

counting calories isnt hard, get an app like myfitnesspal and just log what you eat into there. takes about 15 minutes a day.

as mentioned, JUST doing low carb, whilst neglecting regulation of the other macro consumption will not necessarily give you weight loss. if you are still eating in a surplus (more than you burn) you will put on weight, regardless of whether it is from protein fat or carbs.

the ONLY way to lose weight is to create a calorie deficit, through diet and/ or training.

workout out a baseline of calories for yourself, minus 300, and do one 20 minute session of cardio a week. when your weight loss stalls doing this, either drop calories further or increase exercise. its pretty simple.

as for macros, there really is no significant benefit to going on a low carb diet for weight loss. eat each macro in moderation, whilst fitting it into your daily caloric targets.

Okay. 7 days ago i started my 60lb mission to go from 270 to 210 (60lbs). Now for the week i did 40 minitute jogs while wearing a sauna suit. Everytime i came out soaking in sweat. Then during the week i also ate very little compared to the gorging i found myself doing. Now today i weighed myself and Iam now 264. I had a 1rst week newbie weight loss of 6lbs. Just because you're married with kids doesnt mean you consider yourself out of the game because the more you slouch off, the more your neighbor is scoping out your pretty wife. Lol. So like others said on this thread. Get off your ass, always keep a planned fixated meal and work out routine and get it done. I will report back next week. Good Luck.

Ok guys. Disco Dave aint going to a disco no time soon. Ok. Shit was going good but I fucked up big time during this summer break. My fat ass is now 290. Wtf. I gained 35 pounds since my last post. I guess it is easy to gain and cemment weight gains. Call it depression. Fuck me.

Ouch man. Sorry to hear that.

Have you had a hormonal panel done (+thyroid+antibodies)? Have any problems like that in the family?

Not looking past your diet. Just curious on the above.

I called myself staying sober and substituted my drinking for eating. Go figure.

Sorry to hear that Dave. But once you lose all that weight and get that 8" back, you'll feel like a new man. Are those original natural 8" or PE inches? ......just curios.

I feel you on the weight loss issues bro. I have been stuck at 280lbs for 2 years now. I even been eating plant based diet for a year and stopped drinking soda 6 months ago and still 280. I need to hit the gym. Even my lady was 120lbs before we met 3 years ago but she put on 25 pounds after eating my diet. She put allot of weight in the ass and thighs (which I like) but she is starting to get a belly. She use to have a tight ass body.

It was first notice after i finally became skinny. No fat pad; BP 8 btw. I only did vac ad [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] , anti turt sleeve, and N.O. Sex with my lady was great. My prime was 2012 at 207. But now; Slowly but surely 290 and BP 6. Fuck me.

That's to bad. Sounds like you have a long hard road ahead of you trying to lose that weight brother. I stopped drinking 6 years ago but never did gain any weight, in fact I am now 6'2" around 200 pounds. I just lost 20 pounds by getting off sweets and junk food etc. If I can do it bro then so can you. If you can't get to the gem, then try Isometric exercises invented by Charles Atlas. It give you both strength and builds muscle.

I agree. My lady gained to. If this was 1993 than maybe the snow diet. Lol. Just kidding. I maybe depressed but was fortunate enough to keep it moving from other earlier indulgences in my life. This is why I like seeing such positive members on this site. Much respect to Lightning, DLD, and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] positive members.

The current diet in Miami is the "Molly Diet", the real South Beach diet lol.

2 meals a week. 3 days of straight cardio. 2 days of sleep. 2 days of bullshitting with everyone, covering your ass for all the shit you told them when you were on the molly.

It's always fun and games til you sign your car over to some bum you met 6 hours ago with a big smile on your face.

Sounds about right except for signing cars over.

Now that I think of it, losing that 20 pounds added some length to my penis so I am 6"1/8 now. And I thought it was just the PE making me gain. Lol. I can stand to lose another 10-15 to be at my ideal weight.

Disco Dave brother, I know you can do it cuz PE seems very important to you. Think of that nice 8"er you will have just by losing weight without even doing any PE. I wish I could do that.:) But don't get me wrong, I know losing weight can be very hard since my first wife struggled with it for many years. Wish you all the best bro.

Loosing weight for me follows the same course as my depression and mania. I can lose weight very quickly and become solid muscle when things are in the fun zone, but when things get dark I can put on weight just as fast.

nice lifestyle here to maintain a healthy weight. Great suggestions on swimming, football, martial arts and stuff. I think martial arts is great. if you find a good school with cool guys it becomes a lot of fun while learning to defend yourself and others. I recommend brazilian jiu jitsu.

Boxing is a lot of fun and very challenging. It keeps you in good cardio shape and builds muscle throughout the body. Heavy bag and speed bag training can be the most fun, put on some good music and punch away.

thanks.now i am trying to find a good way to change my room decoration so i can fit a boxing bag inside.also if thats allowed i can suggest a pill for weight loss.its stronger than fat burner pills.and its a non-steroid..its not for begginers...if thats allow i can tell somwthing(in europe is legal)

I take b-12 shots once a month, they help speed up your metabolism. I just joined the the Y on Monday and began working out again. I started getting really lazy and weak so I committed myself to do it.

By the way- try doing some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Cardio. It is good!!! It is tiring as FUCK, but it burns up to 48 hours after a session. How overweight are you actually (cause Slow Steady State would be better if the difference between BPEL and NBPEL is more than 1.5 inches...)? :)

I think LIGHTNING was doing this, not sure but I remember him talking about some type of exercise similar to what you have explained.

My manic depression has always kept me thin since I don't eat a lot while manic or depressed. But when I am baseline and running in the center, that's when I can pig out if I don't watch my food intake enough.

Yes as DLD said that is correct, it is called sprinting as well. Im 42 years old, 6'2" and 280lbs. My max heart rate is 178 bpm and my resting heart rate is 55 bpm. I usually get my heart rate up to 180 bpm for 30-45 seconds doing resistance cardio and then bring it down to 130 bpm for 60 - 75 seconds and repeat as many times as possible.

When I was at it before I was at about 12-14 sprints per workout and be wiped out. Right now i am at about 4 - 5 sprints and I'm wiped out. It is the most intense workout in 20 minutes and you feel it still working after you leave the gym.

Right now my heart rate gets up real fast, in fact the first day back my heart rate was at 201 bpm my first couple sprints. When I was at it before, after a few months it was hard to get my heart rate up, so I would pop a couple [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] pills to help elevate my heart rate.

Dude, I wouldn't do that. I mean on purpose elevating your heart rate with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] pills. Seems like you are overweight, right? Aren't you afraid that your heart won't be able to take it and will give up? You may get a stroke or something. I mean sprinting is great, but is risky enough. Taking pills to kick up heart rate looks crazy to me. Not tryin to be rude, just tryin to give good advice.

Well the fact that your resting heart rate is around 55 beats per minute would mean that you are quite healthy. I seem to be on the tight track with the workouts. What kind of resistance do you use?

Yes, I feel healthy being this overweight even though being overweight/obese is not healthy. I have no diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart issues. I use to be 540. I'm doing an elliptical right now on the highest resistance to start. I'm a machine man.

What is crazy is even at your heaviest you did not have health issues with it, it never slowed you down.

Meh.

Cardio. That's how you hurt yourself.

You know what Tahir does for cardio?

Go to the gym and throw 135lbs on the squat rack. Now squat 135lbs for a total of 100 reps in x amount of minutes. Then go back a day or two later and reduce the time by a minute.

Don't want to squat? No problem. I also like to throw 225lbs on a bar and do the same with dead lifts.

Want to incorporate your arms more? Get a 300-500lb tire and do tire flips under the same parameters. If you can get your hands on a "log" (the strongman logs) and to log clean and press that's a good one too.

Or you can just do something like 10 sets of 10 reps with short rest intervals of 30 to 60 sec.
