After a LONG break and silence I'm back for more. For the last month or so I have had an INSANELY busy schedule with my first full quarter of college and my job. But now it is my winter break and I am really to continue. Even though I made great gains with my previous routine I have a new one to boot and hope I can increase the 1/4 by 1/4 gains I made in the last 3 weeks of Penis Enlargement before my break.

Today I just broke myself back into the habit. Did about 15 minutes of stretching followed by a really hot shower, more stretching, and my new edging routine.

*Edging Routine*
Stroke until ready to ejaculate and stop quickly and squeeze PC muscle HARD to stop ejaculation. Once the urge subsides continue to do 30 quick PC squeezes then go into 15 dry jelqs. Start over for a duration of 30 minutes.

Its been a long time since I edged so I was only able to repeat the process a couple of times before loosing my load. The gains I made have stayed solid during the break but in the process my PC muscle has become extremely weak to almost where it was when I very first started Penis Enlargement.

Today was just an ice breaker and I'll dive a little deeper in tomorrow and hopefully be fully into my routine a week from now. I'll keep this updated daily if I can.

Hey thanks guys. Glad to be back. Now its Day 2 and I admit I'm finding things a little hard to get back into but I'm sure I will by next week. Tonight I just basically did my edging routine for as long as I could, followed by some stretching and a couple sets of PC squeezes. I'll stay posted-
 
Been a little slower getting back into it than I expected. I might have some private time tonight and if I do I'm going to hit it hard. We'll see how it goes.
 
Last night I had an intense stretching session and it felt like I was getting to areas I have never felt stretch before. The Wet Jelq session afterwards felt mediocre but it always takes me a while to get back into the habit of that. I'll keep y'all posted on tonights session.
 
ok. last night I completely slacked off and didn't do a dam thing and I feel ashamed. But, tonight I WILL hit the routine and I have tomorrow off so I will get a good morning session in as well. Since this is now kind of my Penis Enlargement Journal. I will try to get some measurements posted and a routine layed out.

I would post current measurements but I can't find my tape. I'm sure I'll locate it within the next few days though. For some reason not known to me, I don't seem to want to post a solid routine. So I will list one below.

5 minute Warm-Ups

10 minutes stretching (Self Note - I was doing 15 but everything felt adequately stretched after 10, more emphasis on tension rather than time)
+
60 Dry Jelqs
+
15 Minutes Wet Jelqs
+
5 - 1 minute Uli/Horse 440 (Shit I can't remember which one you call it, its the one where you place a hand at the base of your member and another right under the glans to completely engorge the shaft, anyways 5 of those)
+
5 Minutes Warm Down

Sometime during the day - New Edging Routine as long as possible


I think I need help developing a good PC routine to stick to, because I seem to have trouble with that.:s

Lets see. Last night I had a pretty good workout and my member could feel the strain afterwards. I've had a long day so I'm going to have to cut my session tonight somewhat short.
 
Wow, that obviously didn't last long as I had a lot of things come up at once that made me lose my focus. Now I probably wont be able to get a full out routine going until the summer from what I can see now. I think what I am going to try and do now is develop my own little 30 minute routine, I know it isn't long, but maybe I could come up with some new info!

Wow. Yesterday I took my measurements again for the first time since October and my stats were

3/9/07 (5 months since last measurements, no exercises)

Well in the long run it looks like I have not only been able to maintain my length, but somehow made it grow a little longer! However, I have noticed my performance has been going downhill lately and I haven't felt guite as adequate as I did in the midst of my Penis Enlargement Routine. So I took out the tape and it doesn't lie! So now I am ONCE AGAIN taking up the reins and re-starting my exercise regimen. And this time I think I can do it. I'm going to have to get used to doing the exercises again, but I think the reward is well worth it!
 
Bravo, pal! Good for you. I've had the same experience. You really have to follow some kind of regular P.E. routine to maintain your gains. Let's promise each other we'll keep at it no matter what. I know I worked damned hard for the first six months or so to reach my original gains.
 
Ha, idk. I've been "into" Penis Enlargement for a while now. And it was about a year I did a lot of research on it and whatnot and learned quite a bit but never really did anything. Then I joined this site and for about 3 months there I was really into it and loving it. It was pretty much an alternative hobby to me. I don't know what happened between now and then but somewhere I lost my motivation and focus. However, I am ready to try again. This time for real. I figure I will try to go for 6 months straight with a week long break here and there whenever I need one. Then take a month off and go from there. We will just have to see what happens.
 
Just letting you guys know that I'm not flaking out again. I've just been busy preparing for my final exams and writing my term papers. I really don't want to re-start right now because with so many others things to do I feel I won't have my heart set on it fully. So I will be restarting about this time next week. And I feel that I will be able to be really successful with the new program I am devising.
