When stretching, is slight pain a sign of too much intensity, or is that the correct way to go about it?
It feels like the tunica. I try to ease up a bit on my stretches when I feel it, but I want to also make sure I'm not being too gentle as well.smerc;616753 said:Pain coming from where? What type of pain?

It's like a burning sensation, but more so like.. a pinch maybe? When I said tearing, I meant like, if I were to stretch beyond the intensity I was giving it, then it would probably feel like I was about to tear the skin of my tunica.smerc;616940 said:As long as it doesn't hurt. Well, I think I mostly felt the pinching/burning sensation when I did the behind the cheek stretches. Also, is it normal for the tunica to grow before any internal parts of the penis grows along with it? I'm not sure, but I think I might already see a stretch mark. o.o

Hey, I've got another question. Is it okay to do girth and length work on the same day, or is it more ideal to do them on different days?
So let's say I did length & girth in the same time slot, twice a day (AM & PM). Would that be counterproductive to both length and girth goals? At night, if I have an orgasm, I will follow up with an additional length session.

pls,,I am not a complete beginner in PE,,over 1 y+. I had the same thing - the shaft started to sort of burn with no side effects //no skin, the shaft itself //. This burning started to rather occur when I finally mastered my hanging device and started to hang. If i had it given rest I am sure i d be fine. STUPIDLY, i tried to hang again to see, and after whatever minutes i felt like i pulled a nerve? i d say. Pinch, pinch,pinch along the shaft. I stopped immediately. Now i am finishing 2nd week of resting. Pinch pain when kegel still there. Perhaps less acute, but still not ok. I feel some dull pain, but not the whole time. mostly when i sit in jeans and pressure my unit. My night erections are excellent, no numbness, orgasms no problem //i do like every 3rd day to ease up//- no pain. I tried keep it worm. vitamins, gently massage it with hemp seed oil etc. no improvement beside going from acute to chronic. In my opinion a doc wouldnt be of much help, i have read and think that myself as well.
Whats yr take on my injury it pls?

If praying would help, i would. If it repairs in 6 months i d be very happy and it would never happen again. However, i have read some dreadful things,,recovery up to a year/s and maybe even permanent, depending,,,, course....sighs

edit: when i think about it, i think it could very well be nerve related. i know from my legs when sitting on a chair,legs crossed //knee over thigh & after a while//the nerves being irritated give me that sort of dull feeling like i have in my unit, at times when i feel it. similarly, we have a nerve between a thumb and pointing finger bones //closer to pointing f.//, and when pressed, not that pleasant dulness feeling,,,if i am corerct,,then i just hope i didnt stretch/snap it over the repair point,,,but i assume i d be in much more pain

my sharp pain //were to be felt only when keggeled = blood rush in the shaft// is gone but replaced with residual sort off local pain //left shaft-side closer to the base//.
closing on the 7th week of resting. icing, warming,resting, supplementing.
few days ago i thought i was just about to be fine as i started to massage my unit with oils.
i was in believe from other injuries that u give it rest but after some time u have to bring some use to it so it doesn't become scarred-up vegetable. therefore the massages, aka recovery/physiotherapy.
well, sadly, i am back to the residual pain.
i was reading, 4-5 months in other guys stories. i ll c.
very frustrating.

i realized my pain came from PE after i masturbated.....when i stopped that it went away and the pain has never come back....see if this was in your case...
you need to get yours checked with a urologist if it still hasnt healed.......its been a long time and it should have healed by now
dont do any PE it will further aggrevate it
