I think it's just from normal stretching. The normal stretching ache that is. Without knowing a description of the pain. Is it having any after affects?

I hope so. The pain kinda felt like a tearing/burning sensation. No after affects so far.

Are you sure it is not skin stretching? It feels like burning and is a bit painful... Where do you feel it- shaft or mid-tunica?
 
During the stretching session there are many things happening that can cause temporary soreness. The Tunica, when being stretched, has a burning feeling while when the ligaments are stretched there can be a pressure type of soreness. After training there can be residual soreness as things heal but as long as by the time your next workout is due you feel good it is nothing to worry about.

User experiences and some good information.
It's like a burning sensation, but more so like.. a pinch maybe? When I said tearing, I meant like, if I were to stretch beyond the intensity I was giving it, then it would probably feel like I was about to tear the skin of my tunica.

Also, is it normal for the tunica to grow before any internal parts of the penis grows along with it? I'm not sure, but I think I might already see a stretch mark. o.o

Well, I think I mostly felt the pinching/burning sensation when I did the behind the cheek stretches. I guess it's just my little guy toughening up then?

Hey, I've got another question. Is it okay to do girth and length work on the same day, or is it more ideal to do them on different days?

From what I remember, it was probably in the shaft area. I started feeling it when doing the behind the cheek stretches for the first time.

The tunica is just collagen fibers ( Tunica albuginea (penis) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ). So maybe you're experiencing just regular skin stretching.

I think as the tunica repairs/remodels/grows, things along side it also accommodate the new growth.

This is really up to you, I have always done them in the same day but in two time slots, usually length in the AM and girth at night but this changes sometimes based on how I am feeling and if I can free up time in different places. At night, if I have an orgasm, I will follow up with an additional length session.

So let's say I did length & girth in the same time slot, twice a day (AM & PM). Would that be counterproductive to both length and girth goals? Or what would happen form this?

that much PE as long as you are doing it safely and building intensity slowly but surely should prove successful for you

If you can handle this without rushing or cutting corners than it is fine. For myself I find that if I try to get both in the same session I end up rushing to get through the workout and it becomes hard to concentrate solely on one or the other without my mind wandering. The best for me is AM Length and PM girth.

pls,,I am not a complete beginner in PE,,over 1 y+. I had the same thing - the shaft started to sort of burn with no side effects //no skin, the shaft itself //. This burning started to rather occur when I finally mastered my hanging device and started to hang. If i had it given rest I am sure i d be fine. But after hanging 5&5 mins I carried on with the vac hanger of 2 pounds for another 8 hours or so + lil brakes. Over all, I think I overdid it. As i said no real sign when exercising beside the slight burn, but then i lightened up on the weight i had on, to be comfy. One morning I woke and i just did one kegel,,,and as the whatever pressure/blood ran into my unit a pinching pain took place shooting along the shaft on the left side. Freaked out. Let it totally rest for a complete week. I felt my shaft is totally rested, but the pinching shooting on a kegel was still present. STUPIDLY, i tried to hang again to see, and after whatever minutes i felt like i pulled a nerve? i d say. Pinch, pinch,pinch along the shaft. I stopped immediately. Now i am finishing 2nd week of resting. Pinch pain when kegel still there. Perhaps less acute, but still not ok. I feel some dull pain, but not the whole time. mostly when i sit in jeans and pressure my unit. My night erections are excellent, no numbness, orgasms no problem //i do like every 3rd day to ease up//- no pain. I tried keep it worm. vitamins, gently massage it with hemp seed oil etc. no improvement beside going from acute to chronic. In my opinion a doc wouldnt be of much help, i have read and think that myself as well.
Whats yr take on my injury it pls?

If praying would help, i would. If it repairs in 6 months i d be very happy and it would never happen again. However, i have read some dreadful things,,recovery up to a year/s and maybe even permanent, depending,,,, course....sighs

it starts about half inch from the base going forward //directing to the head, not quite reaching it . the red color shows the location.
Not saying it is a nerve and hoping it is not as well,,,actually just today i realized the sharp pinching //when kegel - i kegel just probing if the pain is still there//// slightly lessened as off today,,,overobserving it though

edit: when i think about it, i think it could very well be nerve related. i know from my legs when sitting on a chair,legs crossed //knee over thigh & after a while//the nerves being irritated give me that sort of dull feeling like i have in my unit, at times when i feel it. similarly, we have a nerve between a thumb and pointing finger bones //closer to pointing f.//, and when pressed, not that pleasant dulness feeling,,,if i am corerct,,then i just hope i didnt stretch/snap it over the repair point,,,but i assume i d be in much more pain

I would say it is an aggravated nerve since it is away from the ligaments. I suggest heat and massage until it resolves itself. This should not take much more than a week.
 
i similarly had pain on the left side of my penis and i felt it was overstretched ligament.....then i tried doing further PE i realized the pain increased...i took a week off right now so it would heal......if i would have continued further then that week could have turned into a month....

let it heal brother!

for me it is like asking: " are you overtraining in the gym?

cause the truth is. anyone who has passed double bodyweight deadlifts. has experienced pain. why? because it is painfull!

so you need to learn good from bad pain.

some days when i do a stretching i feel a new angle i haven't worked enough. and it just feels like this extreme intense pull. that can almost make me breathless,

then i do some rotaries around it. make a good grip and just pull it out hold it there, tense all the muscles in the area. (this hurts as it already did hurt)

then relax (reverse kegel) and i can feel this intense sensation of the tissue stretching beyond what should be comfortable.

now does this increase the chance of a injury? absolutely fucking yes.

but it is with guarantee also the reason i have had so many grow spurts in my years.

always work again the angle with most resistance. when you conquer resistance you get gains.

it's an art mate. and no one can tell you what is good and bad pain but you.

i have been sore for days after workouts. and still been working out. and still been gaining.

but you need to find your own phase. and limit.

so back to the gym.

should you start 400 lb squats? nope.

but is 400lb squat a good workout? absolutely. but ease into it mate.

You will heal soon, just keep your mind on the future and the gains you will make then. Your injury should heal quickly and I will pray that it does.

my sharp pain //were to be felt only when keggeled = blood rush in the shaft// is gone but replaced with residual sort off local pain //left shaft-side closer to the base//.
closing on the 7th week of resting. icing, warming,resting, supplementing.
few days ago i thought i was just about to be fine as i started to massage my unit with oils.
i was in believe from other injuries that u give it rest but after some time u have to bring some use to it so it doesn't become scarred-up vegetable. therefore the massages, aka recovery/physiotherapy.
well, sadly, i am back to the residual pain.
i was reading, 4-5 months in other guys stories. i ll c.
very frustrating.
how is yrs progressing?

dude mine healed in a weeks time so i am sure that it was a over stretched ligament....
i realized my pain came from PE after i masturbated.....when i stopped that it went away and the pain has never come back....see if this was in your case...
you need to get yours checked with a urologist if it still hasnt healed.......its been a long time and it should have healed by now


dont do any PE it will further aggrevate it

same here that after some beating off i had more pain after,,,,,but contrary to yrs, my pain is still present on part time daily bases. nothing big, just slightly letting me know ''it ain't that cool'' to start any PE yet.
when i contemplated, how on earth i d be describing to doctor how i sustained my injury .....oh well, nothing reasonable came to my mind.very small town to say the truth....and anything else might be just misguidance for his assessment.
somehow, perhaps naively, i think a doc might not be much of help. just my estimate.

i envy u that u r back on track. u lucky, be careful and enjoy it.

i ll report back when there is smth worthwhile, perhaps also for the sake for other bloke's troubles.

i d beg you for a lil spare time to read my last posts and if u have any input, i d be honestly thankful. though i understand there might not be much to say.
last time we sort of guesstimated that it might be some aggravated nerve.
well, in my assumption after passed time and studying the nerve placement in penis being on the top //dorsal main nerve tube with trickled nerve hairs going to the sides down// i think it is rather some lig issue or smth. i beg yr pardon for my guesswork though.
i never had any tingling, numbness, touch sensitivity, erection-climax issues or any other dysfunction of any sort.
just that silly annoying lil distanced-like pain, in that particular area going about an inch long alongside the shaft.

i had stretched and pulled a tendon in my shoulder once, so i can rather associate that sort of pain being very likewise with my unit feelings in comparison ..... rather then with nerve pain that i experienced in my lower back some time ago. i am just humbly guessing to my best brain possibilities and experiences. plenty room to be wrong.

7 weeks in with rest....shall i c how much longer...

i made a decision to go 2 c private urologist. started to lightly jelq it, knowing i wont bust it more. seems to be getting rather better.i ll give it a week or so and i ll c what facts i ll put on urologist table.

That was my suggestion, see a Urologist. There are some things we just can't diagnose online, I wish we could but in your case it would be guesses at best. I hope you find answers.
