This is a routine I been doing for a little over a month. I put on REAL close to a half inch in length and 0.3” girth. Kinda a step up of phase 2. For those looking to get out of a slump give it a shot (if you can handle it) here it is fam:
9:00 a.m.:
DLD Blasters – 50x (5 sec)
Bundled Double Tunica stretches – 20x (30 sec)
11:00 a.m.:
700 Double Forced Jelq and Bends with isolated compression squeeze evry 100
4:00ish:
Straight-down stretch: I do these one hand, medium intensity for 45 minutes non-stop
PC Routine usually mid-afternoon
Night:
Testicle Health Massage
Compression Squeezes – 3x (bottom, middle, top)
DLD Blasters – 50x (5 sec)
Bundled Double Tunica stretches – 20x (30 sec)
Lazy Ass stretches – 2 hours daily
