OK Fellow Members, Here we go on my Progress.

I'll be the first to say keeping on a routine is next to impossible (for me) I have been Penis Enlargementing for 2+ Years now. The first year I pumped using a CTC1000XL every other day for and hours or so. and Jelqing probably every 3 days. Well I didnt get any gains after 6 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] or so. SO I continued jelqing for a while but my hands got tired quicker and quicker. I stumbled on DLD's Postings and his bundled A stretches. I felt that was a really good excersize, so I did that for a few months. And saw some gains and figured if this pulling was the way to go. So I added this thing called a Bib Hanger. Yeah I made 2 or 3 homemade ones and they just hurt more than anything. I said frig it. I ate Mac & Cheese and Hotdogs for 4 weeks and saved up enough for the real deal. Meanwhile DLD was getting his own hold on the Penis Enlargement world. I followed like a Zombie! Hinging on every post of his. Then while using my Bib when I could at night, I did Bundled A stretches duing the day everytime I went to take a leak during the day. So for the most part I only hung and did dual stretches for 8 months or so. For the past few months I have been doing DLD's ADD ROUTINE for the Special Guys. And I just measured for the first time in a year.

I started Penis Enlargement at 6-1/4 I am now VERY proud to say I measure in at 7-5/8!!!
I am SO JAZZED on this its crazy!! 8 inches is right around the corner, Look out all you 8+ Members Ct is riding at your heels!!!!

Ya I remember when I first gained I thought something was wrong with my tape rule. I didnt think I could have gained girth.. like I knew I did and figured Penis Enlargement worked but just when you first make a good gain its still hard to come to terms with.

For the past few months I have been doing DLD's ADD ROUTINE for the Special Guys.

Yeah, what exactly do you mean? If this is something on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] site, I'm a member, so where can I find this?

The A.D.D. routine is a custom routine I made just for Ct. A.D.D. is the acronym for Attention Deficit Disorder. The routine gives him a variety of exercise choices geared to help him stay interested. Now a day I spend allot of my time creating special routines for [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] members that cater to their particular needs.

Very nice! Since I'm about to embark on a stretching only routine, I'd like to hear if anyone has made length gains from ONLY stretching. I may jelq for 5 minutes 3 times a week. But I want to try just doing 20-30 minutes of stretching everyday to see if I can break my plateau.

Hey golarge,

My work out consists of mostly stretching and I have made a .25 gain in my first month and I'm getting close to another .25 in the second week of my second month and I've done mostly stretching, very little jelqing, maybe 100-150 jelqs about three times a week.

I have been stretching three sets @ 6 pounds for 15min. 7/0 . I'm adding a pound every 3-4 days depending on comfort level (I do have a high pain threshold so I need to be careful about adding weight.

Stretching is definitely the way to go for length, while jelqing will increase girth. Hope you get past your plateau...

BTW how can you go a YEAR without measuring CT ????!!!! :O
I can't seem to go a week without getting curious.

I guess this makes ctmwm a testimonial to the amount of personal dedication you show towards people. Of course, I know Penis Enlargement is what you truly enjoy doing. Maybe at some point, we'll have to discuss a personal routine for me. Thus far, I can't attribute any problems to my Penis Enlargement to anything other than inconsistency and slacking off too much.

When you go to take a leak during the day, when your done give yourself a 30 count doing a bundled A stretch. After a week or so you will do it without even thinking about it. Then from there go to some Spiral Clock stretches in the morning when you get up. Just add a little bit per week. Before you know it you'll be Penis Enlargementing every few hours even if it a very little bit. But EVERY SECOND COUNTS!!! It all adds up.

Good advice! I actually do an A-stretch every once in a while at the urinal. I just make sure there are no coworkers lingering around in the bathroom that will wonder why I'm standing there holding it for so long, without pissing. ;)

Hmm. Perhaps some of my coworkers that always opt for a stall to piss in when there's an available urinal are closet Penis Enlargementers. Maybe it's all more universal than even we realize. ;)

Congratulations on your gains brother. If you haven't gotten to 8 inches, get yourself a length master and also buy the MOSRED. You will surely break any plaque you might encounter on your way to 8+.
 
Hahahaha..Every brothers here are special. The special programs or routines are created for the "special cases". Our brother @9.5inchpro is one. DLD devised quite a few unique plans for all brothers in the past. Now, we simply help the brothers with their Routines and Progress logs with specific approaches.
