How to lessen the DONUT EFFECT?

I've been getting it pretty bad. I use short 6-7 minute sessiosn followed by a massage/few jelqs but still get it!


Also, is there any long term effects from the Donut Effects? If not It wont so bother me so much!

I still get the donut effect after my better sessions, but i figured out how quickly remove it. I get myself erect then do reverse jelqs (towards the base) with vaseline. As long as I have a really tight grip it works everytime... it also feels good =)

I can't imagine that the donut effect would be an issue since if it was then I am sure a lot more guys would be posting about and there would be real concern on this forum on how to get rid of it etc... the way I look at Penis Enlargement is that... if something is happening and it is all for the greater good of my penis to grow, then let it be. I'm going into this full steam ahead and unless I break my penis or something then I don't really care how it turns out as long as I can bring to the table a big beefy looking cock! From my experience PumpSon, the fluid will vary from week to week. There have been times when I had more that popped up and there was nothing I did differently. There have also been times when I had way less and could not figure out why. So, it will vary. Nothing to be concerned about, just try to keep it fairly low.

How do u do a reverse jelq? Do you start from below your head and push downwards to the base? do you include the head (and the swollen glands) and then push down from that? please explain

I did these last night and they worked very well. Just start with the ok grip at the head and work your way down to the base, squeezing and smashing down the donut down the shaft "reverse jelq". It doesnt take long at all to notice a reduction in fluid. Do it erect.
