I know the positive effects of the kegel or PC flexes, but what are the benefits of the reversed kegel.
Is there anyone who can give me a simple explanation?

What is a kegel?

A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To try and isolate these muscles trying stopping and starting the flow of urine.

How do I do the kegel exercise?

Once you have located the muscles simply tighten and relax the mascle over and over. These are basic kegels. There are many variations on kegels: elevator kegels (Where you tighten slowly, in increments going in and out, like an elevator stopping on several floors.), you can hold the muscle tightened for five seconds, you can bulge the muscles out at the end, and many other variations.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

Kegeling provides many benefits:

Stronger Erections
Longer Erections due to blood hold capacity
Larger head size
Further enjaculatorty Distance
Sexual enjoyment is enhanced for both partners
It can prevent prolapses of pelvic organs
It can help prevent leaking urine when you sneeze or cough

What is a Reverse Kegel?

A Reverse kegel is the name of a pelvic exercise, made popular by DrGMerlin who preached the importance of the exercise. To try and isolate these muscles trying push the flow of urine as hard as you can.

How do I do the Reverse Kegel exercise?

Once you have located this muscle movement you are now ready to make feel the difference between the Kegel and Reverse Kegel. Tighten or Kegel your PC muscle not push out doing a Reverse Kegel. Practice this variation. Become very in tune with the push and squeeze movements. The more comfortable you become with the two exercises the greater success you will have in Penis Enlargement IMO.

Why would I want to do Reverse kegel exercises?

Reverse Kegeling benefits:

the ability to have male multiple orgasm

Combining the Kegel and Reverse Kegel to work for you in a stretching program.

The DLD BLASTER is based on the Kegel and Reverse Kegel for one main reason. When I stretch I have a natural habit to squeeze my PC muscle. I think this may be some sort of safety reaction but I do it. The most important thing to me in a stretching session is to Hit My Ligs...the problem here is if I am squeezing my PC muscle (Kegeling) and the majority of the stretch is being taken by the PC muscle and not the ligs. This for me meant minimal length gains if any. It made sense to me that a total reversal of this movement, a REVERSE KEGEL would alow me to hit my ligs with little help for the PC muscle. As both the Kegel and Reverse Kegel have positive benefits the combination of the two made the most sense to me. I played with the idea of completely exhausting the PC muscle before a stretch session but this made little sense to me because my penis would stretch easier but I was left with a pile of mush until I recovered. So the DLD Blaster incorporated the Kegel for 5 seconds to strengthen the PC muscle followed by a 5 second Reverse Kegel to hit the ligs for the ultimate stretch. I also found during these early tests that the ability to stretch harder on the Reverse Kegel would give me even greater length gains. This is when I decided to start using the "A" stretch in conjunction with the DLD Blasters.

I hope this helps clear up some of the confusion about the mysterious kegel and it's role in Penis Enlargement for me.

My only gripe is that sometimes you're looking for something 3 letters or less and it doesnt work! :mad:

This may seem weird or whatnot, but when I want to lose an erection I just reverse kegel and hold it. It seems to work pretty well. I figure since a kegel pumps blood in, then a reverse kegel may allow it to get out.

What is a Reverse Kegel and how do you perform them? What exercises are the best for developing the ability to perform them properly and strongly? Thanks for any help here. I have just heard of this term, Reverse Kegel, and I have no clue what they are.
 
Dear Twins172_Up: Thanks for your guidance. I did find the answers that DLD had in his descriptions. I am trying to identify the correct muscles and the correct feeling that I should have from these muscles. I am sure that I actually do these things naturally, but I have never consciouly tried to control and deliberately employ these muscles for anything. I think I "get it" about how the reverse muscle feels, but let's see if I actually do, by trying to describe it back in my own words.

A "reverse Kegel" feels like you are trying to increase the flow and pressure of your urination, by forcefully pushing the urine out of the bladder due to muscle contraction inside the lower abdomen, but not the external lower abdomen muscles.

It is NOT the feeling of squeezing, or milking, out the last surge of urine at the end of voiding the bladder, which is accomplished by doing a "regular Kegel" squeeze.

As I understand this, the reverse Kegel extends, rather than contracts the length of the penis and sort of takes all the slack out of the penis structure, so that any applied stretch is working against already taut ligaments and tissues and not against a springy contracted PC muscle, which defeats the ultimate usefulness of the stretch.

What do you and DLD think about this description? Have I got the right idea to work on here? Thanks for any help on this. B

Thats it dawg, PRACTICE. Eventually it will be second nature and all the practice will have payed off.
 
I'm having a little bit of trouble with reverse kegels. When I do a normal kegel i can feel a very strong clenching so im very aware of the muscles. However, with the reverse kegel, i cant seem to isolate the muscles at all. I don't know if I'm doing it properly. It's been described as trying to pee hard, ie the opposite to a normal kegel. I can only imagine this is similar to basically holding your breath and pushing down internally so you feel pressure in your abdomen? I don't seem to get any sort of muscular movement in the PC area when doing this. Am I doing this properly? Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks

when you take a pee or a number two that's the muscle Dld Blasters , Plyometrics Blasters the reverse kegel comes in handy when stretching or hanging.
 
Hey bluehead, there are quite a few threads that breakdown reverse kegels really well. Do a search and follow the leader. The maneuver you're describing is called the valsalva maneuver, and; be careful doing it, too much pressure and you can rupture a vessel.
 
Ive read a few threads about how reverse kegals can stop you from getting to the PONR..

But it baffles me as to how this actually works....For some reason it seems like that would cause my orgasm 2 come quicker.

I love sex, but nobody wants to be a 1 min kinda guy.

It takes time and practice. I suggest that you practice in masturbation to master it. Average intercourse time is 3 minutes so don't feel too badly. Spend time in foreplay, this can make sex last hours.
 
reverse kegels are a saviour they saved me for sure, i cant explain why they work but it feels like it just dessensatizes the whole area down there.

It seems that reverse kegels help with this for some while kegels work for others (or in some cases both) It seems kind of elusive but some combination of these will help it is just finding what works for you.
 
My ex girlfriend was the hottest 40+ year old (too bad it didn't last) in the planet! She used to talk about Kegel exercises and how it helped her improve her sexual stimulation. I was impressed, honestly, but I never knew that this was for men too. I have never really used reverse kegels outside of a DLD Blasters routine.
 
I've been doing 25 HARD 5 second Kegels with 25 hard reverse kegels. Gonna keep it up and increase the intensity, can't belive for the good 6 months of me being here I have yet to come across them :)

3 minutes??? really? Never knew that. Thought the average was 10 to 15 minutes, Lol.

Yup, from insertion to climax it averages about 3 minutes.

You are making too much of a very , very simple movement. Now, it is important to realize you will notice almost nothing when engaging in a Reverse Kegel but they are vital to DLD Blasters and techniques in better control of orgasm. The movement can easily be found when urinating. Next time you pee stop the flow of urine, this is a KEGEL. Now, push the flow of urine, this is a REVERSE KEGEL.

The way I know im doing a reverse kegel is my obliques tend to go out alittle, perineum tends to drop.

Eventually you can get so good at it, you can pee pretty much at will (Crappy super power?).
 
They don't have to be done with much force either. I find doing the conventional kegel and than a reverse straight afterwards works well. You will feel a sensation in the anus area, like an opening is the best way to describe and no I have never farted or shit myself doing it. Those who shit everywhere are doing it too hard, it needn't be so and if you strain hard than the chances are you'' have hemorrhoids at some stage, so not good.
 
I have a question about reverse kegels.
I recently saw some posts talking about reverse kegels. Its been a while since I've heard about these so i began to dig around on various forums. So, now i'm confused on how a reverse kegel should be done after reading so many posts.
I do know what a regular kegel is, and i do some while sitting around, but i tend to do towel raises for kegels. You could say i have an idea of what muscles are involved, but i can't wrap my head around what a reverse kegel shoudl look or feel like.
I read that laying down on your back, with your penis laying on your stomach, and lifting your penis up off your belly up in the air is a reverse kegel. Is that a bunch of bs or the truth? If its completely off please someone explain this one to me.
 
Push urine an that is the muscle movement but you do not ned to pee to do it, only to find the muscle movement.
 
Ok, I have heard that is how. I just need to spend more time practicing to isolate the muscles, without peeing and without flexing my abs while i do it. How long was your guys learning curve on this.. seems kinda tricky to me.
 
It has nothing to do with your abs. You should be able to be able to control one without the other getting involved.

Anyone have a link to something explaining the benefits/uses of reverse kegeling? I can do it, and I know it's useful for stretching, but I haven't ever learned any reason why it's worth training a lot. I've just been focusing on the regular ones for now since my PC was so weak to begin with.
 
The lower abdominal muscle are part of the entire pelvic floor muscles group. This goes from the bottom of your abs to the base of your anus. So, yes, the abs sometimes take part of the stress from kegels and reverse kegels. Some also may feel it in their anus.
 
Can someone explain to me what a reverse Kegel is? From what I am reading, it seems as though they are better then regular kegels and aid in harder erections. Can anyone give me the skinny on this. Thanks

Stop the flow of urine: Kegel
 
Both, but normally the focus is on regular kegels so concentrate on them. Incorporate the reverses when you do ligament stretches.
