Of course! I gained 4+" in length! If I can do you can do it even easier. back in the day there was no equipment to use so we had to do it all by hand. Purchase what you want most in the way of girth or length. You can always grab another tool if needed in the future. No point on over spending when you don't have to.

When I do my expressive stretches, I feel the most 'pull' just under my glans, but that could just be from the fact that's where I'm most sensitive
