Consitency is the key and this can be 2 days eachweek so long as you do it eachweek. I have found from my own experiences and from reading forums that this whole how many days should I do for best gains, is not set in stone and it varies allot.
I stated in a thread just this minute actually, that we all gain at different rates and this is with ANYTHING with regards to the body.
The body is growing more penis from STRESS ... we're stressing then penis with work which is if you like, pushing more blood into it and engorgeing it more than it would do [girth] or stretching it further under a stressful load than its used to [
hanging] and this is a stress placed on the penis.
The process of adaptation is that the penis must adapt to this stress as it doesnt know that its exercise for us wanting it to look bigger .. doesnt have is own brain and the body doesnt know .. the body likes to conserve its energy supplies and needs hitting to really release them, so when you have a good session on your penis its reaction to the stress over time is GROWTH ... because it doesnt know that the
hanging weights is for cosmetic purposes of that its a bear trying to tear your penis off from the bastard bulb!! or that the jelqing is again for cosmetic or that something is trying to cut off the circulation to the penis and damage it.
The point to this, is that all of us gain different than the other person because of this process of adaptation but we will all gain if CONSITENCY, DETERMINATION, PATIENCE, INTENSITY and TIME are allowed .... the penis needs to be stimulated, recover and than have time to grow.
In men like dld, in all due respect dude is a freak ... a damn freak who can gain well with a 7 day a week routine ... me, well that would kill my penis as I have found doing irregular workouts during the week from 2-4 work best and thats because our recovery must be different with regards to our willy's!
When your new aswell, you'll find gains come much easier than when your more advanced and this isnt a science but common sense and WHY? because of the adaptation relating to the stress ... your new and swing
weights from your penis so in time gains come quite well but after doing that for awhile it stops or slows and this is becase that adaptation has increased, it needs more stimulation in the form of intensity which can be done with more force, more time under tension etc.
I have come off a 2 year decon from pe and lost nothing, so now I should be able to gain alright again similer to how I did when I was a newbie because my penis doent have a clue that I did this 2 years ago ... it doesnt remember, all it does is get erect, flaccid and adapt to the stress placed upon it from the exercise ... the break gives it the chance to rest and heal ... in a way become a newbie again and than when the attack comes, it starts to grow oncemore.
Find what protocol works best for you, it may be 5 on 2 off, 7 on or 2 on 5 off but whatever it is, stick to it and use your brain to train ... train smart and in time gains will come.
