This is a great example of why you should THOROUGHLY RESEARCH an exercise before you do it. If no one has tried an exercise, do so very carefully.

hrm....most people -especially- newbies need 2 days off a lot of people start out with 1 day on 1 day off and do a MAX workout of 30-45 minutes for the first month or so.
Jelqing uncut and having swelling issues, it sounds like simple fluid build up...are you using a good lubricate? Something that doesn't soak into the skin (vaseline for example) if so are you allergic to this lubricate...if those are no's then are you using soap in the shower or anything like that cause that's a bad idea for jelq work the soap irritates the skin.
next I'd say does it hurt is it sensitive do you notice it -during- the jelq sessions? Do you warm up....are you doing erect jelqs or none erect are you pulling the foreskin back then jelqing with the skin held tight so it doesn't rub up and down the glands?
I'm not an expert but these are just some questions to address to better answer your question.

You should be fine dude. It's just a little lymph fluid buildup. It'll go away soon.
thx guys, i take this as the fluide build up, lube is olive oil,so it kind of goes into the skin, dont think i am allergic, not in shower, around 20-85% erect while jelqing, i am mainly worried as someone who had this at foreskin, just ignored it, then it would swell up and hurt when he had sex which is scary.

yeah nothing to out of the ordinary in your routine. Skin is FAR FAR more likely to stretch than anything else on our body. Remember that it could be a sign of good expansion in your jelqs and the extra fluid has no other place to go than in the excess skin.
