Just wandered because some people find it impossible to gain. All the IPR theorists would probably say this is overtraining your dick but then bib says the guys that do this experience the best gains. So as you see there is a bit of a contradiction here although there is a possibility both could be right. Maybe there is a zone between IPR and doing loads like DLD and Bib this overtraining zone is where no gains are experienced but maybe (just a thought) if you go beyond this the laws of Physics come in to play and you just have to gain as the body and its tissues have been defeated and can no longer resist. So thats why I was wondering if anyone had failed to gain from 10 hours a week of hanging.
