Just wandered because some people find it impossible to gain. All the IPR theorists would probably say this is overtraining your dick but then bib says the guys that do this experience the best gains. So as you see there is a bit of a contradiction here although there is a possibility both could be right. Maybe there is a zone between IPR and doing loads like DLD and Bib this overtraining zone is where no gains are experienced but maybe (just a thought) if you go beyond this the laws of Physics come in to play and you just have to gain as the body and its tissues have been defeated and can no longer resist. So thats why I was wondering if anyone had failed to gain from 10 hours a week of hanging.
 
i am not so experienced to answer your question about hanging.i believe though that for flaccid gains hanging is the best but you have to be careful with the circulation of the blood to the head of your penis.i believe that 10 hours a day is too long.it depends also on how many pounds you hang.the newbie gains come quickly in the first 8 months.then the things are muc more intense to gain someting.visualization and nutrition is the most important i think.you have to be concetrated in your goal.i have gained 0.6" in midshaft girth in 9 weeks and 0.5" in bpel without loosing weigth..but i have to say that i want a thick cock more than a long one and i jelq 4 days one off.i am going to be huge!!!

from what i have understood through my experience in peing...is that it is a long term commitment.it will work for everyone but the time is different for everyone..
 
Thanks for the reply I actually said 10hrs a week not a day however bib hung for 8hrs a day but said he probably would have gained just as much from about 4hrs a day. I would be interested to hear from experienced hangers on this one because although I have heard of people not gaining from manual stretches all the non gainers I have read about have never been serious hangers. I saw afromans thread on no gains from hanging but he doesn't hang for 10 hours a week. I just think if your looking to gain length I think this is the most proven method.
 
The main thing that needs to be looked at is how you start off hanging!The problem is that everyone that buys a hanger has no idea on how to use it and it's a learning curve on the settings and such!This is where the problem begins!!!During this learning process.......some gains will be experienced............but also at this time the penis becomes stronger as far as the tissues are concerned!Even though you will have become a veteran hanger........the penis has also become tougher and more resistant to hanging!How do you think those guys pull buses etc with there cocks.......they have toughened up there ligaments through hanging big weight!

The only way around this is to de-condition your penis.......and start over with the hanging!The only difference now, is that you will know what to do and the settings an all will be all sorted already!You then need to have some controlled damage(micro tears), and to ride it out!You must stay ahead of the micro tears.....never letting them fully heal......and also induce some [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] during this time...........to encourage growth.Once the tissues heal...they will become stronger and more resistant.....which means you will have to be more and more intense.........so as to reopen the micro tears.........but if you really let them heal too much...it will be hell to gain.....you will have to de-condition your penis again!

I think 10 hrs a week would be enough...............but you must keep the penis in an extended state.....so as to encourage it to grow in length.However you do it..you need to have something to keep tension on it and keep it coming outward from the body.So controlled damage & continuous tension equals gains!!!
 
Yes, I have gained by doing more than 10 hrs a week. I often do at least 2 hours of hanging a day, if not more. I am always keeping my penis stretched, except for when I take pisses and have sex and that sort of thing.
