Yeah, I understand that. I meant more that if there is an alarming issue as simple squat will stop the weight immediately.
 
Exactly swinging is meant to be done with a weight that you are very comfortable with, the whole purpose of it for me is to be able to increase the intensity without increasing the weight. So if you are already maxing out in the weight I would avoid this exercise.

Weight in motion does bring more intensity, just be sure to be careful!

No doubt that would be embarrassing! And what would be worse the the embarrassment would be a serious injury. All PE needs to be done with caution but there are practices in PE that are very dangerous and they need to understood and approached with great caution and understanding. One dick, one life!
 
I have been swinging a bit during my sets mainly because it kinda feels good. I searched here and found this thread because I thought maybe I was weird 😆

But it really does feel better. I didn’t know if it helps anything or not. I swing very gently of course. Front to back and some small circular motions.
 
I did the same thing it not only felt good but it produced foe me
