Length the same as usual

Girth : only jelquing 'cause I had 2 exams today and did not sleep at all so I'm really really tired
400 jelqs after those exams
800 jelqs before going to bed
Quite a good workout with no sleep! I hope you get some good rest tonight and feel refreshed in the morning.

Length : the same as usual ( do not forget that I wrap my dick rigth afterward in extended state for one hour then unwrap 5 min massage + 5 min bundled stretch and rewrap for another hour = 2 hours total healing in extended state )

Girth :
400 jelqs
SSJ 5 mins / 4 sets
400 jelqs
after each exercice I wait for at least an hour to do the next one (during this time I put a cockring to keep as long as possible the expension and after the last set of jelqs I put it until I go to sleep)

THE RESULTS ARE IN !!!

Last month : BPEL : 16,8 cm (6,61 inches)
mid shaft EG : 11,6 cm ( 4,6 inches)

NOW ( 2 month in PE):

BPEL : 18,1 cm (7,13 inches !!!) 1,3 cm=0,52 inches gained in one month !

Mid shaft EG : 12 ,5 cm (4,92 inches !!!) 0,9 cm = 0,32 inches gained in one month !

F**k yeah

(rockchick) With PE Subtotal gained since start :

Length : 1,8 cm = 0,71 inches
Girth : 1,7 cm = 0,67 inches

I'm so happy with the results I've got ! Now anykind of doubt is no more existing !
Let's see how I make progress now, because my exams period ended I have one full week for myself but that mean afterward that I'll have to go back at the university during the week...
I don't know yet how I'll make up a program for PE during those times

I hope you can adjust PE to your life even with university life. Remember at least kegeling, testicle health massage and piss pulls.
I'm sure you can find a time slot for yourself to do PE!

26/01/2019 OFF day

With just some lazy stretch

I have a ingrow hair on my penis so I'll stop jelquing until I've correct this issue by a way or another

Also I think that when I'll return at university I'll update my log once or twice a week (I'll still be doing 6 day on PE one day off but won't post about it every day)

Wish the ingrown hair what I suggest is using a hot compress on the area twice a day for five minutes using light pressure. Do this until you see a black spot come to the top of the area. At this point and only at this point take a tweezer grab that hair at the highest point and gently pull it out. Do not dig, do not prod and poke, allow it to drain naturally. Forcing an in grown hair out will cause scarring that you will regret later.

Also When I'll only post Once a week I think I'll post measurement whenever I'll feel like it(of course at max once a week), even if no obvious progress has been made like that I'll know if something I put in my workout improve it enough to make lil'gains within the week and everyone will be able to check the progress I made more often

Excellent days work my man! As far as measuring those I suggest making girth measurements after every session just to make sure that you’re getting expansion and once a week you should measure FSBPL to be sure your length program is yielding gains. Once every three months take official measurements.

Only length today 'cause I need to let heal the big spot where the ingrow hair was

So same stretching as usual but twice this day with total time wrapped 9 hours
 
Good move! Doing girth through an ingrown hair can cause serious scarring and infection. As I said earlier use a hot compress until you see the black hair come to the top and when it does take a tweezers and gently remove the hair. Over the next following days it will drain and you should be back to work.
