Where else can we get sheathes? I ordered some about 3 months ago and am still waiting.
It seems like the hanger would become worthless without these sheaths

I haven't had many problems with sheaths myself. Although I don't use a MaxVac. It seems that monkeybar's vac hanger and TheGRIP don't have as many problems.

This one, back in '05 and '06. There used to be a ton of new posts all the time. I normally wouldn't care but I am trying to find out what the max vac sheaths are made of (in detail) so I can get my own. Waiting on BTC is a pain in the ass and he may not ever be back.

Those shrinkage tubings myght do the job but only if/when you try it out yourself you will know mate. Until then don't expect much detail on this from [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] users cause if that was known shit then no one would be bitching about brocken sheets right ?
Alternatives will maybe be found but who knows. I just hope BTC gets well and gets back cause he is needed by many.

He had surgery and he had some major complications because he tried to have sex too soon, so I hear. I didn't think it would keep him away from his business for a damn decade though. It hasn't been that long but it has been a few months now and no word at all. Nothing, zip, zilch. For all we know he died and all of his orders are just piling up, pissing off new customers, and they are spreading bad rumors every day. The sheaths are roughly 3" long and he sells them in packages of 7 for $27.90 including shipping. IOW, 21". If the material I bought is correct, I got 5 feet, or 60", of it for $14.11 shipped to my door. I thought I had purchased 4 feet earlier but it was 5. My mistake. Anyway, that would be 20 sheaths for less than what BTC would sell 7 for.

BTC had his surgery pics up along with post-op. Damnation! Those pics scared me. As for me, I'd never do it. It's not that important to me. But to each his own. Those pics were just nasty, at least to me.

Anyway, I tried heating one of my sheaths with boiling water to see if it would shrink and it didn't. I must have ordered the wrong stuff so I'm not going to get my hopes up. Damnit, why is this shit so hard to find?
