Hello guys, how are you? I am so excited to tell you that this boy hit the 6" girth....I started at 2008 with 4.75" girth...I was so happy when I hit the 8" length but this is special for me!!! Thank you guys...thx DLD for making my life beautiful, thanx all of you guys. I measured 6" at 28.08.2013 but I am telling you now guys...(I am measuring with cock ring,but still it's 0.2 difference) love you guys!

Guys, my routine is LIGHT, because I don't know why but when I change my routine to intense work-out I lose gains.At first, I DON'T SMOKE (very important). I notice that my gains
were significantly smaller when I was smoker!!!!!!!! bad for circulation, bad for breathing! (two really important parts of Penis Enlargement).
I am doing yoga and street-work out. Yoga for circulation and breathing! Street-work out for breathing.

this is my routine:

First day:
Morning:
-10 min warm-up
-15 min basic yoga stretches
-five straight stretches,30 seconds each(with deep breathing,slow with very light intense)

-100 fast erect kegels,25 erect 5 seconds kegels, and 3 one minute kegels.

Afternoon:

warm-up 10 minutes
Pumping-10 minutes
10 minute-testicle massage

You have gained with a pretty simple routine. How long did it take to your current measurements? 10 minutes of pumping do nothing for me.
 
Try it Charles_br...for me 10 minutes of pumping doesn't make some good expansion but I get very good EQ after and my penis does not get so sensitive and it's ready for sex all the time, I think that the point of this routine is faster healing and gaining in the same time...As I said pls give your opinion and advices to...I found that little can do more...

I would have never thought little could do more. Come to think about it thought a little could do more if recovery is the issue. But is it little and intense?

It's not intense at all, i think it's all about recovery here...
 
there must be some stimulus that induces growth by transcending your current boundaries each time or else there would be nothing to recover from, or not? Do you measure temporary expansion of some sort? That's a really interesting question for me because I wasn't able to measure any expansion beyond normal lately although I train intensely.
