Hey guys,
I've been lurking around on this forum for quite a few years now and not really put much into p.e other than when i first found out what it was.
But now i'm looking for a proper routine that i can keep to.
My current stats are around 6.5 inches length and 5.25inches in girth
my goal is for something between 7.5 and 8 inches in length and 5.5 to 6 in girth.
so tell me what would you think would be the best routine for my goals?
(also i would prefer a routine with more stretching than jelqing as i don't like the red blotches jelqs can leave(can weird girls out abit!)
Also what do you think i could expect to get to by august?(my girls coming back and would be nice to have noticeable gains to surprise her!)
