I cant produce anymore intensity then those 3 exercises.
I've been doing lots of girth exercises lately, and I've noticed that when I get hard, more blood pumps through the veins, but I don't stay engorged very long. Maybe 5 minutes, if that. Any thoughts?
Bundles are mainly a length exercise but it also stretches and expands the tunica which lends to girth gains. Unlike the base girth you gain with hanging, bundles, since stressing all penile tissue during exercise, will produces even girth gains throughout the shaft.
