What have you guys found are the best exercises for girth?

My length routine is unbelievable, but my girth routine needs work. I haven't had any gains there. Any ideas what I can do?

I've been experimenting with clamping, so it's not out of the question.
 
I like clamping and slow squash jelqs. I have gained 2/16" over the past 6 weeks doing this every other day. I think rest days help with girth.
 
welcome to my world lol. lately, a combination of Horse squeezes, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, Dash Raps allllll while being clamped have been kickin the shitta outta me lately. I cant produce anymore intensity then those 3 exercises.
 
I've been doing lots of girth exercises lately, and I've noticed that when I get hard, more blood pumps through the veins, but I don't stay engorged very long. Maybe 5 minutes, if that. Any thoughts?

Bundles are mainly a length exercise but it also stretches and expands the tunica which lends to girth gains. Unlike the base girth you gain with hanging, bundles, since stressing all penile tissue during exercise, will produces even girth gains throughout the shaft.
