Personally I thing the plain black o-rings Home Depot to the best job and they are very cheap. You can find more expensive rings but you are pretty much paying for material, a cock ring only needs to be comfortable and tight enough to hold the expansion.

O-Rings which cost about $2 for a pack of 10

to something like this that costs about $100.
