Hey, guys: I have been doing FR for 4 years now and have full coverage flaccid and 95% when erect. Here is my routine for great coverage and overhang with a tight pucker. Pump for 15 minutes @ 8 hg. Withdraw and message; rolling the skin over the glans as far as it will go. This also eliminates the miserable dough nut, but the more you pump, your dough nut effects will cease. Slap your penis moderately against your inner thigh for a good minute or so (this loosens any tightness from the pump session making your penis look normal eventhough you're pumped) and jelq for 15 minutes every day. I use the drumstick method of jelqing as this has really given me my girth gains. Pack using one square of tp, pushing as far down as it will go and pull skin up over it. I just change the tp each time I pee. The packing is an all day passive stretch that also promotes iiner skin growth as well for that nice looking lower (drip lip) and also trains the dartos muscle to pucker tight. I always keep several pieces of folded tp in my pocket just in case I need them. I pump every other day, jelq and pack daily. You don't need all the FR gizmos: puds, dile inserts, and that other stuff. I was cut at birth, and don't even see the scar anymore and have a nice overhang of foreskin. Email me with any questions. Just for reference, when it's warm and you're warm, your foreskin will hang loose with no pucker. When you are moderately cool or cold, it will pucker up tight.
