As the title says this is my first time posting. i dont really know the exact measurements but its close to 7", 7.25" depending on how turned on i am. My problem is girth!>:( I measured my girth at a 5" i would like to get to 6". What are some good exercises to increase girth? Also whats your guess on my size if u didnt know?
 
welcome to the site...looks like you are starting off at a very good size..very impressive..especially the semi erect pics...if you are not concern with length just girth...i would suggest you start off with jelqs if you are not use to doing pe...after a month..move on to more advance exercises..there are plenty of threads about girth exercises just do a search...but i don't believe there is a holy grail..you just have to keep working at it and find what exercises and schedule works best for you...good luck
 
Good size. Yeah you definently look bigger then your stats. When you get a chance show a bone pressed ruler pic and a non bone pressed ruler pic. A girth measurement would be cool too. Good luck with your goals man.
 
I will also have to say that you're bigger than your stats... way bigger BTW. O.o (length-wide, girth seems accurate).

Jelqing seems to be an stardard for begginers and for penis adaptation being expanded; for me it just doesn't work but you shall give it a try. :)
 
nice beginning stats your measurements are similar to mine(7.25-7.5 x5.5) i too am trying to get my girth up too 6. good luck man. btw what is your height/weight?

The Squeeze is done when your penis is semi erect by placing one hand at its base as far near being bone pressed and your other hand before the head of your dick and squeezing the penis as hard as you can and releasing the pressure and start again. :O In your case you may not to get so close its base for you have great length already. rofl I hope that answers your question. ;) Let me know how it goes and good luck. ;)
 
roflThe Stop and Start is like your are masturbating but you stop when you feel you may ejaculate. Then start again doing this about three times. When you are done you may ejaculate after the third time. Forgot to type that!:O
 
if ur into clamping I would say..use a Cable-clamp (if ur living in the USA it's easy to get one from a hardware store) or just buy a simple penis ring that is adjustable.

Good starting size. I would have said you were 7.7-8 inches in length on some of those shots, so you do look larger than stated.

I started at 6.6 x 5.4 and now I'm 8.3 x 7 from 2001 but made that progress in 4-5 years and have had long periods away from Penis Enlargement and touching wood have kept everything and now starting another growth spurt.

You have started already large and if you train with your brain than 9 inches length should be obtainable within to 5 years time and girth to 6 inches also within that time, if not going into the 6 inch range.
