Now I am using the biggest bell for my glans hurt in the medium bell. PF has given me 3 sizes of bell small medium and big.

The big bell is big for me. I don't use the glans cap by PF I use of monkey bar. But some how I managed to keep the vaccum trapped and no slippage. I can wear my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] to the full tension and no slippage.

i have this size but the thing is the glan cap they prvided is thick which makes it difficult to fit in....but a few drops of water and it slides in easily..

i can wear with max tension for max 3 hours. Lot of pain in ass hole and then have to go for poo. I wear in full tension every alternate day only.
 
Trust me, max tension is the way to go. Gradually you will be able to wear it during the day at max tension daily.
 
i could go upto 12 hours nonstop with PF at light tension which is far better than doing 2-3 hours at high tenison.....
but this dam blister is fucking it up for me......SG saves me that time,,,,lol

I agree but it does take a minute to become accustomed to this. Slow and steady but the ultimate goal is full tension with comfort.
