See the picture below. Tape anti fluid from monkey bar. It's simple 3M foam tape. Then I wear the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] sleeve. Then on top I wear the sleeve from monkey bar.

Now I use the medium bell of [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] . I have to push a little hard with my index finger to squeeze my penis in the bell, then all works.

Tomorrow I will try the big bell with the medium condom.

I use this [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] to wear it like [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words], I attach it to my x4 [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Use it as a vaccum hanger.

Now no tension of fluid retention under the base of glans and in the frenulum.

Guys this works perfect a boon to my p.e.
 
1. what is the middle sleeve ?? i didnt get that when i got my PF....
2. where did u get the antifluid tape in india from ??? i have loads of fluid retention behind glans
3. can i attahc small silicone sleeve to the medium bell ?? wont it loosen the sleeve ???

anti fluid I got from monkey bar. It's 3M foam tape. The middle sleeve I purchased from monkey bar.

Put the tape on glans then put the sleeve by PF, then put on the sleeve by monkey bar , I will give you he link. Use the big bell of PF . Remove the condom sleeve of the big bell of PF and put the medium sleeve on the big bell. This will give more expansion of head.

Why use monkey bar sleeve ? Why not put the tape and PF sleeve only ?
And won't the small sleeve become loose if I use on Bigger bell ???

That is why I use the monkey bar sleeve its big and it won't be loose in the big bell.

no i mean the sleeves that are provided on the bell by PF........wont they get loose if i put small bells sleeve on a big bell ???
and why u need more wrap around glans of sleeves ??? isnt the PF glan cap and tape fine ???
 
Medium bell sleeve on big bell. It's ok won't get loose. My penis is not that thick for t biggest sleeve. I need more wrap on penis head if I use the big bell. Medium bell no extra wrap.

lol mine is perfect for small bell when i apply a little water on the glan cap and put it in....

Wow, you would think there would be a mid size between the two, especially if the small is too small and the medium is too big. But this would require another mold that I am sure they will not invest in.
