I want to share something I have learned while fasting and doing Penis Enlargement. Food plays a trememdous part in the hormones that make up the sex drive. It is almost like the body when in deficit (from working out, etc) does not really care about sex until it is back to positive caloric intake.

So I will share if you are serious about girth gains they will come best when you are eating and drinking heartily. If you chase them when you are not gaining weight they will be slower and the expansion will be a little less. If you are chasing them while dieting the expansion will be dramatically less

I've been in the process of gaining weight since around
Thanks-Giving, for non-P.E related reasons.

I disagree with this to some extent... Yes food plays a role in hormone production as the body needs lipids/cholesterol to produce hormones but regardless of whether i ate well that day or not, or whether i just worked out or just finished a sprint triathlon... i want and can have sex ANYTIME.

Age, health and genes are also important factors so this may not be true for everyone.

Ironically fasting always made me hornier than my usual eating days ? I think the most adverse effect i have noticed in my sex drive and horniness is when i give up on meat (all kinds excepts pork) and adopt a vegetarian diet.

(both of these are mainly for length)
-reduce fat pad
-better circulation when thinner if substantial weight is lost

There are not benefits from fasting. Decreasing fuel for your body is not going to increase gains. It will only increase the chances of injuring your self.

If you want to loose weight fasting wont work. In fact it will do the opposite. When you fast your body stores more fat and uses more muscle for fuel making it more efficient and better suited for that life style. In order to loose weight fast your body needs muscle to burn the fat. The more muscle you have the more fat you'll burn. So fasting is going in the opposite direction. Eat 6-7 well balanced meals a day. This tells your body it doesn't need to store anything because there is lots of food and it gives your muscles the nutrients they need. Then all you need is exercise. Short and intense is best but make sure you always push yourself, as with Penis Enlargement. Each work out should be harder than the last but increase no more than 10% each time.
 
I think diet as in restricting food might hurt gains, but I think a good nutritional plan + a good cardio workout routine will HELP girth gains. The bloodflow is increased from the workouts the nutrition keeps you from being sluggish and also helps the blood stay clear of substances that slow flow. Not to mention erection quality is amazingly better with good cardio

is not true. Water fasting induces a state of ketosis after about 72 hours that preserves protein remarkably well. I am not suggesting it for everyone or anyone at that as I do not fast to lose weight. However it for sure loses weight - both fat and muscle... (just like any diet), but actually can be an extremely benficial thing in so many ways for the right person.

Me,when I'm going for the ripped look(burn body fat%) I don't " fast" I do a 180 on my diet and cut calories.

Fasting or starvation diets don't really benefit anyone IMO.( losing water weight isn't really anything to brag about it,or pursue IMO)

Not eating for days on end so you could lose a lil fat isn't really worth it considering how hungry and weak a person would be after putting themselevs through a crash diet.

when the body has no food in it it will go after easy protein that makes up THE muscles and if you work out while fasting you increase the chance of burning muscle,and not fat.

The main reason I posted again on here was to say that if i'm cutting or gaining weight my sex drive is still on high for the right woman.
 
Just to clarify - I am not saying fasting is an ideal way to lose weight. The intent of the post was to clarify this distinct possibility: when someone is in a catabolic rather than anabolic state, hormonally they will find less free testosterone which is one of the keys to successful in girthwork. Of course it is all in degrees.

the less you eat = lower free T
the more you eat = more free T

if you do either of these especially in extremes you will possible notice a big difference in your sex drive.

*I am a believer in fasting but to cleanse the organs. I do not care what other people believe and hearing someone say fasting is not beneficial who has never fasted actually shows ignorance to me. Of course an opinion is different than a belief I guess... it is a shade away.

IMO you looked healthier before you fasted, airshy.

I don't know if you have read this but I found it when I was trying to find out what muciod plaque was.

I am not saying there are no benefits from fasting. However I believe that the benefits are far outweighed by their side effects.

If you want to cleanse yourself there are other ways but also lots of other scams.

BTW, REALLY detoxifying your body (given you had the means to measure it) is virtually impossible. You will be extremely hard pressed to consume anything at all that hasn't been contaminated by humans in some way. Perhaps this sad fact will motivate you to do something about it.
 
Yes fasting gives you a temporary weakened body obviously but comes back pretty quickly for me.

I have seen sites like that and it is not true - my first fast I lost over ten pounds of what I took pictures of in that website. It was one of the most insane things I have ever seen. go to curezone.com if you want to really see what that plaque is (plaque gets in all of our organs - not just our colon). People die and their colon weights 40-60 lbs sometimes because of this plaque!

Unfortunatly what is true are how many new agers try to scare people to sell drugs, cleanses, etc to clean this plaque.... and they dont even work!

Again - detoxifying is all degrees. Not black and white. It takes a bit of feel and much to understand the war.
 
What works for you is ultimately what counts. Fasting to me doesn't do anything but make me look and feel haggard. If i want to cleans my organs I'll eat clean and drink a gallon and a half of water each day. That in itself will cleanse and revitalize the body. IMO

Fasting obviously is benefical for you,but in my experience, not for me.

BTW, I got down to 8% body fat last summer, so its not like I'm just talking just to talk.

My main goal is to gain girth, I eat as much as a horse,hopefully eating is helping me gain girth somehow.
 
For sure the eating wont hurt you with that Girthwork! Shoot if your hormones are raging you can almost train it every day and still measure great expansion.
