I want to share something I have learned while fasting and doing Penis Enlargement. Food plays a trememdous part in the hormones that make up the sex drive. It is almost like the body when in deficit (from working out, etc) does not really care about sex until it is back to positive caloric intake.
So I will share if you are serious about girth gains they will come best when you are eating and drinking heartily. If you chase them when you are not gaining weight they will be slower and the expansion will be a little less. If you are chasing them while dieting the expansion will be dramatically less
