I noticed sometimes I don't get a full stretch because my hand gets tired... but apparently I'm doing something right. It just seemed like my penis was bigger than usual. I measured BPFL and it's a 1/2" bigger! I double checked my beginning stats, so I know they are right. This just seems too good to be true. I hope this is a sign of things to come!

A quick side note... any of you guys have any idea why someone who is 23 has a tougher than usual time getting an erection? It's starting to really bug me. Like while jelqing I'll constantly loose erection to much. Even when I'm having sex it will go down super fast if I'm the LEAST bit distracted etc. No morning wood either. I've just started noticing this about half a year ago. I've been stressed, but I don't think it can cause problems on this scale. I'd really appreciate anything that can steer me toward some answers.
 
Well, first congratulations on your temporary gains! Just keep on working to cement them, otherwise you are going to loose them.
Stress is indeed responsible for your EQ problems. Just relax a bit and I'm sure you'll notice better erections. You should also do some kegels (pc muscle fitness), they will make your erections as hard as steel, guaranteed! Just give it a go for two weeks or a month and you will soon understand what I am talking about ;)
 
I used to run six miles daily. Now I don't that much but I usually go to a grueling workout every other day, I'm pretty skinny. I'm 6" 168lbs. I have some abs so I don't think weight would be a problem. Although, lately I haven't been working out nearly as often, but I'm still the same weight. It just bugs me I can loose an erection at a snap of a finger.

What an inspirational quick gain, this does happen sometimes and I am convinced it is internal penis being exposed by way of heavy, new exercise. Keep up the good work and savor this gain and excitement for the times things may be slower. What routine are you using?

Can anyone explain "behind the cheeks" please? I have just been skipping them. I'd assume its in the video section but I can't find it!
 
Behind the cheeks is where you stretch the penis between your legs an up your backside, so you will be stretching upward from behind.
