Hey bros, i have been away for about 2 months now due to some personal issues. I have been so busy with work and the gym and family that I haven't gotten around to too much PE. But I am back for good and here to make some gains!!

I haven't measured in awhile but I feel that I lost a little bit of size since i stopped PE, but just by looking at my dick I believe that I am around 6.8" NBPEL and around 7.4" BPEL. My EG is probably sitting around 4.75-5". Not too happy about these stats but I know that if i start putting my all into this again I will meet my goal!

My goal for right now is about 8" BPEL and about 5.25" EG by the end of 2017 ish, maybe within the first few months of 2018. These are not my end goals though. What I also want is a much longer flaccid, just for more confidence walking around the gym locker room at the gym.

I have all the tools that I need other then the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words]. Can anyone help me with a routine that I can start off with other then the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]?? Just something that I can do easily in the morning before work and during the day?

If you're in a position to occupy the bath/shower for 35-45 minutes...here's my routine, (all done in the shower while adjusting the H2O pressure to not be too wasteful :))
3-5 minutes washing my body and doing warm-up stretches
attach the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and do at least 7 minutes (usually 10) of BTC stretches (modulating the intensity of the stretch with the angle of my torso). I do this 'hands-free' so I can shave and do my normal shower duties.
Then the standard 5X5X3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] at 75/95/105% intensity for each stage while K's ad RK's at the highest possible EQ, (I usually have an 'inspiring' vid on my Nook to keep things going).
It takes anywhere from 30-60 minutes, but the average is about 35 if you stay on task.
My main focus is lowering my erection angle, (I'd like it to point at the floor if I could), gaining length and maintaining my girth.

I am hoping to do this style of a workout (with a bit longer hanging durations around 40 minutes a day total with more [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] time) about 5-7 times a week and hopefully in 3-4 months i see about a .25" gain in length. Do you guys think this is possible?!

I left you some advice as others in your other thread on TN.

As far as a thrombosis, if a vein was in this condition for that long I truly do not believe it is functioning. The blockage would have stopped the vein from functioning. If there is no pain, go for it!

Looks really good. I would add in Bundled Stretches before every routine, about 5 minutes is fine.

Ok thanks for the advice DLD! I usually don't do bundles cause it makes my TN even worse but when i do them now i am going to retract my TN by pulling it back with my hand and just do bundles with the shaft.

Todays session was about the same as yesterdays session. Thats it, simply retract the skin and be gentle for the first couple weeks as the skin gives way. Eventually you will be able to Bundle without worrying on the TN.

Saturday I did about 10 minutes of warming up with bundles and DLD blasters and then went into 20 minutes of newbie stretches with about 2 hours in the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] and 8 hours in [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] sleeve. Sunday I did a quick shower warmup and then did about 5 minutes of erect stretching followed by the rest of the day in my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] sleeve.

I am going to try to do a bit of manuals this morning and then try to hang later on at night. Wish me luck!

no I've been hanging for a long time now. before i took time off of PE i hung for about a month or so and since i have gotten back into PE i have been hanging for about a week. Im up to about 11 lbs for about 20 minutes comfortably. Next week I'm gonna try about 12.5 lbs

Its been quite difficult to do PE the last week or so due to my crazy busy schedule, but now my work is set up in a way that i have time off from 12-2 so i have in a sense a 2 hour lunch break for freedom! When things get hectic just try to get in what you can when you can. Piss pulls in the bathroom, stretching under the covers, jelqing in the shower, etc. Just keeping a few little things going will keep you mind in the PE game. When time allows add to your routine.

Even if it is the most rudimentary thing it keep the mind aware. Going too long with no reminder the body tends to forget and when this happens motivation deteriorates and we end up none the better. True D you have gotten to a size most men could only dream of,You have great skills and really capable guy you are have no doubt,maybe you have a few flaws LOL jk,but you dont have that much to prove anymore...

It is endless! I went through much trouble yesterday and did not do the best job but I was quickly reminded that I am in a war and this will happen. What I have learned the most about failing, falling, sinning, whatever you want to call it; It is not the fall that matters as much as how quickly we recover and make ground again. We fall, we get up and we keep on moving. Life is like climbing a massive mountain, there will be peaks and valleys as we climb higher. There will be time we are climbing down into valleys but we consistently rise higher by the peaks. Eventually we make it to the top but the journey was filled with ups and downs.
 
hey bros long time no talk! Yes dld, lately i have been doing smaller session here and there such as short bathroom break stretches and short shower sessions. I am going to try to stick with it a bit better from now on and try to do a bit more throughout the day. also, i have noticed that when i am more active on here i find myself being more active with actual PE, so from now on i am also going to try to spend at least 20-30 minutes each day on the forums sharing what i know and posting on different threads and try to keep up with my progress thread. Tomorrow i will try to get some measurements and share them with you bros and we will go on from there!!!

At the moment I am just going to set smaller goals for myself. From what i can remember from the last time i measured i was around 7.25" BPEL and i want to get to around 7.5" BPEL within the next 3-4 months. I am also going to hopefully make my flaccid bigger and prevent turtling, because i find myself always being in a turtled state.

Hey man glad to see you back and glad to hear you have been doing some sets, when life gets busy its the best way to do thing if you cant set aside time for it although a full set is always recommend. Being active on the forum helping your fellow brothers definitely helps keep things focused so you dont forget i know it helps me. Lately i have been slacking off when it comes to it though because i lost my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] wrap but i found it last night before i went to bed so i am going to start wearing it again. I get how that goes personally i prefer my silicone sleeve over the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] for me, just a little too much time when im getting up as early as i am for work so the sleeve makes things simple. Posting a daily routine would be good help us keep you accountable :P good luck man.

Alright brothers so I measured most of my stats today and here they are (the erect measurements were taken when I was 90-100% EQ).

BPEL- ~7.5"
NBPEL- ~6.75"
BPFSL- ~8"
MSEG- ~5"
NBPFL- 4-4.5"

So there are my stats bros, I have a few problems though and now I'll list them off. 1) when I have sex about 5-10 minutes in I lose EQ and usually can't get it back until the very end, besides kegels is there anything else I can do to help? 2) when I'm in my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] I lose suction from time to time, besides LG sleeves what sleeve should I use with my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words]? 3) I want to close the gap between my BPEL and BPFSL, besides erect stretching what else can I do to help this? Stats are looking great man good work!
With sex they could be a few things i know with me if i can see sex happening that night i know i need to either cut back on my kegal routine or do it early morning else my pc muscles are worn down too much to keep it there. Lack of sleep can play a part, Medications and even your own thoughts if your thinking about it and getting stressed it will stay down take a breath do something like oral to tease till you feel relaxed enough to start again.
Look into expressive stretching such as the mandigo stretch to help close the gap between flacid and erect measurements.
I havent tried too many stretches past the mandigo, A stretch, Y Stretch and the basic routine so far but i have seen good results so far, i cheated and took a peak at measurements and im liking what im seeing but im not posting anything official till my 3 months are up.

You are making some great progress Eugine keep it up brother!

Today I did a couple quick bathroom stretch sessions and then a short shower session when I was showering after the gym while being in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] for 80% of the day.

I am thinking about getting a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words], what do you guys think about the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words], yay or nay??

Ok cool sounds good DLD! I was looking on their website and which model do you think I should get? I saw a bunch of different models and options to chose from.

Also, on the website it asks for flaccid glans width and erect glans width... Does it mean the circumference/girth of your glans when erect or flaccid or does it mean the diameter of your glans (from one side to the other)?

Also, I was wondering if using the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] would make my turkey neck worse or not... I really don't want it to get any worse (the turkey neck alone makes my flaccid and erect length look .5"-1" smaller then it actually is). Either way I can't wait to start using it and once i get it and use it for a week or so I will make a thread talking about how it is!

Please start a new progress thread since this is a new approach. I am proud of you for getting out of bed early to get PE in, that is what I did also. I was always looking for more and more time and opportunities to get more in. I wish you the best on this new endeavor.
