i didn't keep up with the edging but that is what i was doing...masturbating until like i was about to cum..then i just stop...let my erection go down..and then work it back up...masturbate until i feel the urge then stop...then kept repeating that for a little while

You can either kegel or reverse kegel to stop ypurself from cumming. It is really up to the prefrence of the individual. Some like to kegel, and some like to reverse kegel.

Kegel = contracting your PC, and Reverse kegel = relaxing your pc.

Just different in exercise. Erect jelqing got me in a lot of trouble at other discussion site. I posted a thread that explained my girth work, which was predominately erect, and I got slammed by many guys saying this was too dangerous, etc. I could never get that 80% thing down and I did not want to not do girth work so I just did it erect with caution. Never had an injury.
