If you asked me you would pump with pressures that doesn't cause fluid retentions but still help with blood flow.
No need to stress with pumping and cause unnecessary fluid retentions.
The blood flow should be able to encourage your penis to grow because more and more blood is rushing through it.
This blood pressure should push your limits very slightly to increase the amount of blood your penis can hold in the long run.
When you have reached a limit where your tunica is saying no, if you keep pushing at this state very carefully, it might be enough
to change your genetically limits slowly.
This is the principles my penis size increasements regarding girth has been based on the whole time regarding any exercise.
In fact, no need to stress or go too hard in any exercise. The only reason you stop gaining as fast or as good as you did in the beginning was because
you started with a penis that was not reaching its already given genetically limit regarding size. So when you do exercises that promotes blood flow
and such your penis will be able to eventually reach its genetic limits, eventually your gains will come much slower because now your penis has
a bigger proccess to handle as genetic size is reached and this will take much more time. How fast it takes is based on many different things, it differs from individual to individual.
Exercises will definitely help to promote and speed up the process. You obviously need some sort of pressure to gain size, but overpressure is counterproductive in my opinion.

All i'm saying is.. If you get permanent edema on your penis and it is permanent, but still "treatable", so it's sort of not permanent, but it still needs treatment to be fixed, and i don't know how much it costs
or how serious or dangerous it is to fix it or how they even do it, can't say because i'm not experienced in that subject. Ofcourse you have to go to the doctor or where the hell you go to fix the problem to get rid of this "permanent but still fixable" state
of edema on your penis. When you have treated it, the "permanent" area will be gone, and if this area did bring size gains on the measuring tape, ofcourse those measurements will be lost. But the other "real" gains as i call them
will not be lost. The gains that is caused because you have bigger CC/CS & tunica along with more blood flow to fill them up.

OMG, I remember that guy, horrifying pictures. A little while after his Penis augmentation surgery he developed an infection and the body tissue(s) was rotting away as DLD mentioned. It created a hole and it progressively became bigger and bigger.
